I don’t know since he is on track to be 25 next year. But he just needs more experience to smooth his game out. Think he can be a very solid role player which is needed to win
What an amazing find for the Dubs. He provides a desperately-needed skillset, and on -- top of that -- has a great head on his shoulders. Like he said himself, a lot of his growth comes down to more reps, experience, and time in the weight room. At minimum: If he can get a bit stronger, a bit savvier, and get his FT% to 70%, that alone would be fantastic. You can probably assume he'll achieve these at minimum. His IQ, passing, and finishing ability are already exceptional. Great communicator. Great PnR game. Even his ballhandling is great for a big. It would be a dream if he could: add a reliable floater and mid-range, and expand his post game -- an area where he could leverage his strong passing skills
thats actually a very good realisation by him "the margin is thin, its basically who plays harder" so forget all the rankings (besides the top 20 players) and comparisons. If somebody plays hard (like all the newbies with career highs in chase center) it matters.
I'm glad Pods and Trace gets a little taste of what Play-off levels was like....though that was a play-in but it was a different level of Basketball than a regular season...not gonna take anything away from the KINGS but man they were playing spectacular...hopefully Coaching staff needs to come up with a big player and a new system to get JK more involve in this team...
You did great Trayce!! I think you should have played more than 11 minutes....a second round of minutes after sitting and reflecting. I know it was a do or die situation but you helped the Warriors rise to the point they had a chance. You were available 24/7. Kerr should have stuck with you and let you battle it out regardless. That was their only chance with you and Dray working together. 11 minutes BS!!
I know what he wants to say. I made a big impact in the 2nd half of the season, but we have a stupid coach who decided to bench me until the last few minutes of the 4th quarter. There happy!!!??
TJD you are gifted by God! Continue to grind and improve! You are going to have a great successful career! You will win championships for the Warriors organization! Keep the faith, stay humble, focus, and stay confident! We have next year to look forward too! Strength in Numbers!
Crime against nature he didn’t get put back out at some point. He deserved more than ten minutes in that game for what he did helping get them into that opportunity.
Refreshing to see the Rookies overall better than the vets and this is a good thing hopefuly it will spark the vets competitively to take an even further level. Keep your head up Big fella, continue working on your Free throws and being more aggressive towards the rim, dont develop the habit of going soft around the rim as what was displayed from some of our players this year, have a great off season.
he had a couple turnovers early but kerr gave up on him to early.... he has proven he can produce and he only played 11 minutes ..... I dont get kerr at all man.
@@thereal_fatshady6920 that was weird. Leading up to the game he was key for them. I dont get why what was going on that he couldn't adapt. Obviously they weren't better for it. Oh well
There's no comparison between TJD and Wiseman. TJD had more basketball experience. He played all 4 years in college. Wiseman only played 3 college games before coming to the NBA. He was given many opportunities to improve, but the Warriors had to move on. Kerr didn't ruin him he just wasn't ready. TJD was ready for the NBA.
@@blackqueen1013 Yes they did try to ruin him. Mentally. Because kerr was inept to develope a low post game with him. Because that is Wisemans game. And that's why the Warriors got bounced out of the playoff last year. And the playin this year. Because all kerr knows is. When in doubt, smallball. And as for Kuminga, and TJD. They should get away from kerr the first chance they get.
@@albertovelazquez4194wiseman was just a bad pick, that’s all that was . Trayce played more as the season went along because he earned it. Trayce is much more seasoned and ready to go . He will play more and more as the season goes along
TJD work on free thows , add baby hooks both hands not just the left , And I hate to say , it but maybe even a little meaner. A flagrant foul here and there ( Andrew Bogut ) Maybe even floaters and fade always. TJD lots of potential …..
