Damn I am huge fan of those true off-road SUV’s, Toyota 4Runner. Doesn’t matter what trim level it’s a beast. I would love to own a TRDPRO one day but I would be happy as much as to own a TRDPRO, like get a simple base SR5, with TRDPRO Fox TRD pro suspension/shocks and strut kit, TRD skid plate, 17” TRD off-road alloy wheels with BFGoodRich or TOYO A/T tires. 285/75/17. Or a little bigger. Again, it’s a true off-road SUV tha very utilitarian kind

This setup will not work with KDSS equipped 4Runners, from my understanding. If you want a solid suspension setup on a non Pro 4Runner, your best option is an aftermarket coil over (2.5-3'') lift with new UCA's. It will probably be cheaper than having the Pro upgrade done at the dealer (assuming).

I attempted to purchase this kit and was told by two Florida Toyota Dealers. that the suspension kit could not be purchased by Toyota Dealers.

Kinetic dynamic suspension is not really needed off-road. Also it’s one more system with hydraulics and electronics to go wrong out in the middle of nowhere.

The fox shocks suck they keep failing on my TRD pro. Just hit 30k miles and two struts and one rear shock have failed with daily driving. The one strut is making noise again, it didn't even last a year.

i was going to choose fox shocks upgrading from stock shocks on lower trims. what do you mean by failing? are they leaking?

Misleading video. I looked like a dang fool bouncing between local dealerships trying to get the FOX parts on my 2015 TRD PRO 4RUNNER. Maybe you should share this video with your dealerships and parts counters, then maybe I wouldn’t have been made to feel so uninformed about my vehicle. Just saying.
