Tre Jones is a defensive menace with all the intangibles and IQ to make up for what he lacks in explosive athleticism. He made remarkable improvements as shooter during his Sophomore year at Duke and showed he still perform while being the focal point of the offense, winning ACC Player of the Year and Defensive Player Of The Year.
Tre may not have the ceiling some of the other guard prospects do but his work ethic and elite defensive ability make him a safe pick, even if he's a G-League guy for a year or two.

He looks so much like his brother but his skillset is so different despite their similar height and build. One was a strong shooter in college with defensive deficiencies while one is a solid defender who can't shoot at all but is developing.

Great profiles as always man. But I have 3 more potentially hotly debated 2nd round sleepers that are rising to get your thoughts on! 1- Malachi Flynn, 2- Sam Merrill, 3- Tyshon Alexander. Also, Do you see any similiarities in Skylar Mays game to that of Jamal Murray? I see similiarities in their advanced ball handling skilset, sneaky athleticism. And elite downhill scoring prowess myself.

Won't see the court. Spurs picked him up. Here is the guard situation in SA Dejounte Murray Derek White Bryn Forbes Patty Mills Lonnie Walker DeMar DeRozan All play the 1-2 DeRozan can play the 3. Pop will not play him or Vessell until they get bigger. Disappointing draft. Maybe the spurs will cut Forbes and Marco but still I'm not holding my breath.

Perfect replacement to Bryn Forbes lol. A backup defensive-minded guard is all Spurs need, not to mention his intelligence and ability to pass the rock. Hopefully, coach Chip will work on his shooting mechanisms later
