Oh man, you missed the best feature of the tread labs insoles! I've been wearing the red ones for years now and found this review because I'm interested in getting the yellow ones now. The plastic/carbon fiber bit is the expensive part. When the foam part wears out, which it will like any insole, it comes off like velcro! And the replacements for the top cover foam is only, like $15-20! So, compared to insoles like Superfeet that make you rebuy the whole thing, if you can handle the upfront cost you'll save money in the long run.

You don’t know if they work? I can tell you YES they do! They have helped me for years. So many other orthododics hurt my high arches but not these. I highly recommend. Great product.

I've used a calf stretcher to fix my plantar fasciitis, works like a champ. You have to stretch your calves a lot. The insoles will just help while you're doing PT/training.

I have the Birkenstock blue footbed. It’s not a full insole but is three-quarters in length. I don’t run but use it for golf. I’ve had PF for about 8 months. It’s very demoralizing both physically and mentally. Especially when you have long winters its brutal. I walk 18 holes 2-3 times a week. At least I did before PF. I’ve finally been able to walk 18 holes without pain. The Birkenstock insoles have been great for this. However as somebody else mentioned you have to stretch, stretch, stretch those calves. As I’ve aged, I have developed tight calves. I’m going to look into the calve stretcher that was mentioned.

Because of the price, I'm looking to only buy one pair to use for both running and everyday use. I have had PF for two years and I've been wearing Curex RunPro's. Do you think it's a bad idea to order the Pace insoles and run in them? The website doesn't really specify whether they are meant for running.

The pace insoles will work for running. I think the carbon fiber plate and all was just to make it lighter. Plus my carbon fiber plate did end up cracking. I mentioned to them about it and they said they were coming out with a new version. So the paces would be my recommendation especially since those other ones crack. Good luck. I haven't tried these but super feet I have and they work wounders.i use the dm level.

I believe everyone has to find there own insole they truly fall in love with...because everyone has dif. Feet ,posture ,and the time on there feet, weight, sports etc.

Not running definitely helped too but these did make a difference when my PF was at its worst.

To be honest every foot is individual but like I said in the video I did feel some relief when putting them on and when my PF does act up I'll insert them for relief. Check out some of my other vids where I do 5k to ultramarathons. Subscribe if you want to follow along with my fitness journey.

The carbon fiber is for flat feet and overpronation. So idk why you got them.

When you have PF your arch needs support to prevent it from getting those little micro tears. So they work for me as well

Soooooo......you review and don’t know if it works for you? Here’s some really expensive shit guys. Does it work? I have no idea guys but maybe it’s worth the price. Lol 😂 it does look better than that nonsense dr scholls garage. I might check out those carbon fiber ones that looks like actual arch support. Unlike the fake shit you see in the store.

Well if I were to say this works for sure I'd be lying because I'm unsure if the rest did it or the orthotics. They did relieve some pressure when worn so there is that. After wearing them for some time the carbon fiber did end up cracking at the stress points so be aware of that.

@@GokuRunner oh ok right I got ya. I picked up some simi rigid insoles from foot solutions. Trying them out. So far they're holding up not bad. Still curious about the ones you reviewed though. How long did it take for the carbon to Crack? Was it regular use or running?
