The million mile guarantee is only on the arch support on the bottom, not the top part but you can buy replacements for the top liner at a reasonable price. You can also try it out for 90 days and change the height of the arch support if it didn't work for you.

Just got mine a few days ago and i highly recommend tread labs for those people that have plantar fasciitis. I wore this at work and at the gym I did not feel any pain on my heel.

thanks for the review man! My current insurance doesn't cover custom orthotics. This is a great option!

I started with metatarsal pain, and tight achilles following a mva 10 yrs ago. 5 yrs later I have horrible ankle pain, and equally lower back pain at same time of flare up. Ankle pain is chronic. Podiatrist gave me hard orthotics, but I need to wear all the time for temp relief. Is it bad for feet to wear hard orthotic?

My podiatrist loved these insoles when I brought them in for an appointment. Still got prescriped custom orthotics. Better than nothing. I just want to be able to toe off and climb some hills lol

Many people get these along with custom inserts because they fit well in tighter/low profile shoes.

@@OrthoEvalPal Thank you, I bought a pair. There’s also compression sleeves or socks for plantar, do you think those help? And if you do, do you recommend and brands? Thanks!

After trying almost all of the highly recommended OTC orthotics -- Powerstep, Spenco, Superfeet and more -- I have not found any that help my Peroneal Tendonitis. Every one of them hurts the outer/lateral part of my foot and just under it, where the tendon crosses under my foot. I'm thinking of trying the Tread Labs and was considering the Ramble rather than the PACE, because of needing more cushion in the sensitive lateral area of my foot. Do you think the RAMBLE would be a good choice or would the PACE be better for my issue? Thanks very much.

The Ramble is a little softer and may be a good place to start.

Would it be beneficial to use the metatarsal pad without any pre-existing foot pain(s)?
@OrthoEvalPal
@OrthoEvalPal 2 года назад
I would have no problem with that. Many people lose that transverse metatarsal arch over time.

I am a big-time overpronator. Would the tread labs pace be an effective alternative to the power step pinnacle max? Thanks
@OrthoEvalPal
@OrthoEvalPal 2 года назад
Yes. I have recommended these a ton with great success. Don't go too high to start with. Too much arch can be too much and result in more pain. Go Medium for a while and if you need more jump up to the "high".

How rigid are these? Im looking for somethibg that is very rigid so when you step, your weight doesnt deform the arch at all
@OrthoEvalPal

The PACE insole is made of carbon fiber and is very rigid. Used by athletes. Here it is: bit.ly/3AT5JhX

I think the metataral pad is too small and not thick enough
@OrthoEvalPal

It presents thicker through the material.

Seemed like a good review until I realized you make money if people buy it with your link. Nice ad.

Trust me, I don't get much for it but these non customs are my favorite. I use them with a ton of patients and my whole family uses them. Thanks for the feedback.
