When press start what happens, like motor starts for some seconds or not, When press start u can hear a click sound from relay and voltage on main capacitor should be around 350 dc. If u get voltage on capacitor check mosfet / igbt
In my case , when I press start, the relay clicks but the motor doesnt work. Accordingly after 3 seconds the relay closes once more. It closes because it doesnt get a tacho signal since the motor is not running. But when I move the motor by hand and the tacho sends its signal the relay doesn't close ,but the motor gets no voltage ... everything is working fine including the tilt motor. I replaced the Mosfet but that didnt solve the problem. I have a voltage of 300v DC between the Drain and Source of the mosfet Could it be the mini relay ? Or something else ? When I shorted the mini relay (bridge the NC NO connectors) the motor started working , but if course drawing 300v DC was critical and the 5A fuse melted immediately to protect the board and the motor.

Hi! I've checked relay by desoldering it and 12v put on contacts and see it works. But on the PCB there is no 12 vdc signal to the relay. I see one relay 12v contact leads to the first pin of 'main' connector to display board and another one contact leads to a bunch of smd resistors, capacitors etc...What is the usual reason PCB does not send 12vds signal to relay?? maybe you know! thanks a lot!
@@TARIQLAB yes, emerg stop is okay. I have e02 error - motor is okay, main capacitor replaced. Looks like pcb is doing some check and does want to send 12v to relay or some element in 12v chain fails(

Capacitor is of 470uf - 400V & showing 932 on continuity mode & a resistor just next to it is also showing the similar 932 value despite of being 220k If I replace the capacitor & resistor will the motor & belt work?

@@TARIQLAB sir me koi professional nahi Hun , first time chalte chalte band ho gayi thi tab RU-vid par dekhkar igbt change Kar Diya tha , next time 30 min without load test kiya uske baad load par bhi 15 min , fir off karke 1 ghante baad start kiya to error aa raha tha . Check kiya to igbt fir se short tha
Sir mere treadmill ka button kaam ni kr rha speed wala, kya pcb me fault hai ya button, kyuki button nhi khul rha usme buttons ka patta hai aur wo connector se pcb me connect hoti hai🙏
Sir in my power supply card TM5942 its Panel+LVS+Rail led's are ON but Rly+Connect Led's are Off, its 12v & 5v supplies are ok but it shows error1 on display what is the problem any body help me please. Thanks in advance

@@TARIQLAB I checked the mosfet its ok but the Resistor cement resistor 0.056 ohm connecting has continuity but showing value..how?? Em pls help..if the resistor hve defect will it beep in continuity n show value.?? Pls hlp
As salaam Alykum, Bhai mere display mein E:01 dikhata hai, thodi der baad khat khat awaaz aati hai, jo apka viedo dekhne ke baad pata chala ki relay ki awaaz hai, aur kabhie kabhie proper kaam bhi karne lagti hai. Kya Issue ho sakta hai? Bhai pls help
@@TARIQLAB relay ki soldering board mein to sahi dikh raha hai, Maine, board ko nikal kar thinner se wash kar diya, phir chalne laga, par jab heatsink and all laga diya phir se same problem aane laga......., Kahin to kuch loose hai?
The error 5 code comes when an object is detected by the folding sensors on the underside of the treadmill. Check there are no foreign objects underneath the treadmill. If no , then check the sensors

@@TARIQLAB board check karaaya mainey woh theekh hai belt ko oiling bhi kar wayi woh theekh hai adjustement bhi karaya aur lailkin... Sir speed kam rehti kya yeh voltage kam honey ki wajah ho sakta hai... Agar 8 ki speed sae chalatey with load tou machine band nahi hoti
Motor chalti hai ya nahi, chalny ke baad band hoti hai tu overload ho sakti hai belt check karen. agar bilkul nahi chalti tu motor control board ka fault ho sakta hai
Ye error cooling fan ke liye hota ziyada tar, laiken loose connection bhi ho sakta hai, main capacitor pe voltage check karen. Motor ki supply stable nahi lagti
