Girl…. Love that you talk about living pure after sin for from relationships it’s rarely mentioned by channels and you are spot about peace! I had sexual sin but got fed up with the emptiness. My husband and I waited until marriage and have so much peace because we kept God in the front and our flesh secondary. No regrets and so so so much happiness for our home 🏡

It’s such a relief to see a woman of God who has gone through what I did with impurity. I felt alone on that topic. After making the decision to follow Jesus, doing the deed became uncomfortable for me. Even when I tried, I used to tear up because my body was doing it but my spirit was grieved. I just wanted to say that I know EXACTLY what you feel about the pit in your stomach. Whenever I thought of anything I did wrong in the past, I would get that feeling in my stomach. Girl, it was REAL and uncomfortable. But when I prayed a lot and I told myself that these instances happened for a reason so I would learn and not do them in the future, I finally found peace! Thanks so much for this video BTW!! I've been trying to figure out how to make a balanced meal and this helped a lot. Love you so much Ashley!!!

Thank you for sharing that scripture from Paul and your own testimony about sexual immorality. Being a newer Christian, it was something I struggled with until I too got that gut feeling and knew what I was doing wasn’t in alignment with God and who I wanted to be, and more importantly who HE wanted me to be. I have felt shame for SO long around this aspect of my life and just hearing you talk about it and be open about your journey was so helpful 🤍 I am happy to say that I am free from that part of my life now and being able to pursue God fully has brought me more joy and abundance than sin ever could!!

Thank you. I highly recommend if you are struggling say a prayer to remove the unhealthy stumbling blocks. I did and with in 5 hours a hacker took my Facebook and instagram. At first I was upset and I reported it then I realized the Lord works in all ways for a greater good. No more social for me and I believe he only left me with RU-vid because of content like this. ❤

As a Holistic Christian focusing on the mind, body and soul is so important. Eating healthy and maintaining your stress level to protect my mind and gut and nervous system is a lot of work but so worth it. Every whole foods (not packaged) and the herbal tea we consume all comes from the grounds God has created for us to live as a whole ❤ It's amazing. Loving this video ❤

yess the conviction is real!! i tried smoking after stopping, hated it. sex after celibacy, felt so dirty. i kept doing it for my boyfriend’s pleasure and a little of my own but i kept trying to be celibate bc i knew i wanted to so bad and i felt bad for having sex and when i stopped feeling bad i knew it had gone too far. now im desperately trying to get closer to God again

I don’t really understand how to think of my body as a temple, or how to love myself. Also, eating healthy is so hard for me. I just don’t get when people say that they “quench their sweet tooth” with some low sugar dark chocolate. Don’t you ever just want a brownie or cake? I’m just struggling to find a balance. I’m willing to take tips and advice from anyone.

You always post the types of videos that I need most at the perfect timing! I need to hear all these things and have been wanting to eat healthier and workout more. It’s really hard since I always blow my money on fast food and then barely have enough for groceries. I need to buy better meals once I get my next paycheck. Oh Ashley thanks for this video! I’ve been struggling with sexual imorallity and I’ve also experienced that feeling. And the more i grow in Christ when those things do happen the worse it gets. But I’m thankful for conviction because I want to grow with Jesus. Thanks for this vidoe
