@@thatsnotgonewellatall5517 there is a LN on Novel Updates but last update was back in April of 2023 just look for Hazure Skill “Gacha” . There is a ton more to the title but that should bring it up.
I'm guessing this is some kind of text to speech device used to make these but please stop using the work protagonist, it's never said right in any of your videos and it's starting to grate on my nerves. Maybe use Main Character or MC , hero, principle character/person/guy/girl or just use their names. I don't know why but the word protagonists is said so wrong it really is starting to bother me. Thankfully it wasn't used often in this video but one of the previous ones I watch I couldn't finish because it was said so often it ruined the enjoyment of the video for me.
The title screen is a it misleading because if I recall this manga correctly, his fiancee is just a slightly twisted tsundere archetype who is secretly ultra thirsty for the protagonist, to the point where as soon as he gets exiled she's already plotting to chase after him.
She's not just slightly twisted she's evill bro if it was me I'd rather go to the lower level then deal with that and on top of that she mocked him when he got exiled oh hell nah SHES A DEMON.
@@Demidos7876 I don't know if it's because of the translation, or because most manga readers are really unsophisticated, but it's SUPPOSED to be obvious that most of the stuff she says and how she acts is a lie to designed to cover up her true feelings which only get shown in certain circumstances, like for instance, when she is genuinely concerned that his life is in danger. In fact, the way she covers up her feelings is supposed to be a result of her tragic backstory and upbringing in her shitty family. Now, I'll admit that the author doesn't do much with this, but that's one of the weaknesses with shonen manga - they seldom develop the female romance leaders beyond just their superficial introduction, but in a better manga the relationship would get more airtime and it would follow the predictable trope of her almost losing him and then transforming from tsundere to deredere character. That's supposed to be the reward - the protagonist conquers the prickly tsundere and turns her into a putty like devoted deredere waifu. The trope is super, super, well established for going on almost 50 years now, so I'm constantly amazed when people see it and just take the character at face value.
@@jjm152 bro decided to write a WHOLE ESSAY and I'm disappointed in myself for actually reading it. You do have some valid points but you never said how what she did was wrong you kept on talking about she a tsundere and then she turns to whatever the hell Dere Dere is but you never acknowledged that tsundere are still bad people. Expecially this one since she tortures and makes him/her feel like crap and then she wants to be forgiven? I didint look at this at face value. From all the diabolical things she done she does not deserve to be forgiven and is evill through and through its not about her turning lovey dovey at the end as a reward its about past actions that need to be redeemed for and there is nothing she can do to redeem herself so I think it would be better if the story took a path away from her or getting revenge I don't bare any hostility in my words ACTUALLY I bare a tiny bit of hostility in my words only a tiny bit tho and I genuinely want to see how your gonna reply to this and state your points.
Lol kinda wish the gacha system work like that in real life, instead of using real money earn point from killing enemies, but the method would not make a company money if it was free to play, If it was a single player games, with the normal price of a triple A games then it could probably work, but knowing todays gaming culture, that idea would be shot down, or it will be made but it’s trash, like a lot of games that have come out lately Oh well I can dream
