I think it is kind of the wrong message if it's been kept this short. Because people will be "me first". If everyone is doing this, then you will work/life with a lot of assholes, get angry and still can't find inner peace. It should always be the golden rule ("treat others like you yourself would like to be treated" respectively "don't treat others in way, that you yourself would not like to be treated either"). Of course you should always listen to yourself and rather rest if you are stressed/tiered and care for your body and mental health.
For the last scenario and anyone that has problems comparing themselves to others this reminded me of something my mother always said which is “you don’t know what goes on in that home” basically meaning you may see the beauty on the outside but you don’t know how their life actually is and the stuff they did to get there. So don’t compare just acknowledge

Friends who "water police" you are so underrated. In the beginning it really is a struggle. But friends like her really help a lot. I'm glad my friends in college we all encouraged each other to always hydrate.

Comparing yourself to anyone who is richer, prettier and smarter than you can only have negative effect on you. Try to make that person your inspiration instead of jealousy.
I love this episode so much especially Ash, Joan, Peniel and Matthew’s dynamics together. also the topic self-care is so important these days. Aside from everything they mentioned, can i just add “taking a break” is also self-care. BM, my uncle had the same things with greeting messages often and still having knots. I think you should go to the doctor just to see if everything is ok. My uncle had to have surgery.
I'm honestly really glad that they don't pressure one another to speak more, I hope that doesn't happen backstage either. Bc I can totally understand that sometimes, one of the host may not be in the mood to talk about the issue or simply has nothing to add, and I'm glad that they just continue the talk going without forcing that one host to speak more. Idk if that makes sense, my English isn't the best but yeah. :)
Since the real friends' episodes are so funny, I wonder if they could bring Sorn in since she's close with Ashley, not sure how close she is with Peniel tho

love you guys so much!! self care is definetly something I have been struggling working on throughout my life. Last year I had a lot of mental melt downs and wanted to take away my own life, but thank god I found meditation and psychotherapy, who helped me a lot during my down time. I hope you guys will keep spread the positivity here and more people will be inspired by all of you!! love you all :)
Someone also told me that we as normal people should not help others in overcoming their mental health issues. It's not our responsibility. Professionals who are trained to do that are there for a reason. We also have ourselves to take care of. That's why self care is important. Because no one will come and save us but ourselves.
