프니엘 아직 원형탈모로 고생하는 것 같은데 밀가루 끊으세요. 글루텐이 장누수 일으켜서 저도 빵 먹으면 원형탈모 생기는데 밀가루 끊으면 머리 납니다. 장 건강=면역인데 밀가루 끊으면 확 좋아집니다. +설탕도 끊으세요... 다 끊고 지금 완치됨. 그거 말고도 일찍 자는 것도 중요함. 댓글 보시면 꼭 전해주세요.

Episode idea: I'd love to hear Peniel and BM's perspective on having their Korean members go to the military since its part of kpop male idol's business models (i.e. getting music out before members leave, continuing while members are away). For Ashley: I'd love to hear her perspective on any of her Korean friends going or if her own brother had to go (I recognize he's in the US tho and military in US is voluntary or mandatory 4-5 years if you enlist during college) since that can affect how you're family may handle business of a male figure. EDIT: OH SNAP! alot of people liked this. I dont see idols talk about enlistment but Pentagon's "Shine+Spring Snow" on Road to Kingdom ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5TyEdpW4Oi4.html will have you in your feels! And that was a first time I'd see something so open for Korean enlistment.

It has ups and downs imo tho ‘cuz if the person in question really did something terrible then I feel like it’s just fair for them to be given a hard time socially and economically. The problem is that cancel culture is quick to judge even the smallest mistakes in public figures and turn it into something big or believe in false rumors that ruin that person’s reputation forever as the truth usually comes out a lil bit too late.

Omggggg I can’t believe Joan is there. She’s my favorite youtuber and I’ve bien following her since a while back, like when Matthew was in a vlog. I’m so happy that she’s there with her friends. Peniel's head is freshly-shaved and he's mishearing Harry as hairy...I missed Peniel a lot. ♡ +I've known Joan thru Ashley and Peniel's socials and hearing more and knowing more about what she does, made me look up to her. There are also many things she mentioned about etiquette that I relate to because I've been under multi-national companies since I started working and I've been in constant communications with people outside the country --gotta sound formal. Funny, Ashley brought up 'email signatures' there was a meme about that recently.. I would also like to try having a business of my own..I just don't know how and I guess being 'sociable' plays a big part a lot..which I'm not..I'll figure something out later..

I'm a senior on high school, and I want to go study business abroad in korea for college. Joan has been my favorite youtuber for a while now (around 2018), and I've been listening to Get Real since it started, it was the first podcast series I ever listened to, and it instantly became my favorite one. My advice to the person writing in about those toxic friends and family member: Tell them to go to hell and never speak to them again. There's no reason they should be so negative and hurtful. The best thing to do for your own mental and emotional well being is, to cut them out of your life. Just because they're family or you've known them all your life, doesn't mean you have to keep them in your life. I'm speaking from personal experience. Cut them out and watch how much you flourish.
