As an OSHA competent person, I go overboard, but my PPE is unchallenged. Miners boots because full shank protection and full metatarsal guard is essential to me. I only wear Pfanner helmets and a full face screen via polycarbonate. I always have VOX capability with every man on my crew. I always have a JHA. Be smart: live longer than your job.
Love my protos....they do get hot though..the others you gotta add on to...i do like buckingham top ones with those goggles .but again its very face saveing haveing the sheild..on protos. Thanks for another informative video. My Protos doesn't have the ANSI sticker, and the glasses are integrated. Do the glasses have to be separate? I feel like I would have to buy a cheaper helmet just to pass tech.
