When I attended Miami, FIJI's were the arrogant Dicks, the Snu's were the preppies and the SAE's were the animal house. Oddly enough, the Snu's and SAE's were neighbors. I remember the Snu house burning one night.....ahh, the memories.

Living in my fraternity's house cost me 700 a month. That's actually slightly cheaper than the student apartments at my university and that 700 has all utilities and meals included.

Bob Ryan they pay for the house itself in their financial dues. the guys living in it pay for rent. that's how it works for the greek life at my school so i'm sure its similar for them.

Generally cost of living in Oxford is pretty cheap. I lived in a pretty nice apartment at MU and am paying 3 times that for the same quality space in Cincinnati.
