Music is no longer organic but MANUFACTURED BY MUSIC LABELS !! Look at Achy Breaky heart by Billy Rae Cyrus!! He was 100% a packaged product of A CORPORATE MUSIC LABEL. And it has only accelerated look at georgia Florida line or any of the current SO CALLED COUNTRY MUSIC STARS!! SUCH AS PEOPLE LIKE lUKE COMBS . There are a few GENUINE SINGERS SUCH AS TRENT TOMLINSON GLEN TEMPLETON AND IN MY OPINION ONE THAT GIVES ME TREMENDOUS HOPE FOR COUNTRY MUSIC THE ONE AND ONLY ARRON LEWIS TRULY A MIX OF TRADITIONAL AND OUTLAW COUNTRY!!
Why this doesn't have a boatload more views than it does is beyond me!! It is a great song, not only the lyrics and the singing but the premise behind it is brilliant, it really is. HE is out drinking but SHE is the one getting drunk!LMAO I love it.
A favorite song of his is I can't be with a woman that gets drunker than me.. absolutely love that song and the girl in the video could be me LOL that's just the way I used to act and used to look and used to be and used to drink LOL I love all of Trent's songs I don't know why he hasn't made it big along with Jeff Bates they know how to sing country!
Man it's a dam shame Trent isn't a super star, this man sings better than any one in country today, it is a crime the way country has gone, the crap they call country today is pure garbage without pro tools these these folks would be pumping gas at a service station or working at a walmart store
Trent is great, but please, give a listen to Mo Pitney. Might help you to change your mind on who can and can't sing country music. I think it's the writers that has changed music, i.e. Twiggy Swift.
I absolutely do not know why this man has not received any awards and isn't played on the radio ever just like Jeff Bates these guys are both awesome get you near never hear anything about them. I found a by accident years ago and I'm still waiting and they play the same crap on the radio over and over again that's why I don't listen to it.. this is real country music not the crap they play nowadays!
my son was like him he loved his beer but was a hard worker miss him and lov him dearly so this goes out to him may he R I P and listen to it in heaven lov and miss u son never forgotten always loved and in my heart lov ya son
I love Trents ability to write fluent humorous lyrics with an impossibly high lix. "well lately ive been noticing a gradual escalation in your inability to handle your libation." has a lix of 62. :) Pretty unusual for any song. I sure hope he will continue to write songs.
I decades this song to my son who passed in 2012 miss him and lov him so he loved his beer so this song is for him hope u like it son miss u and lov u son see u soon
Well damn.. stumbled across this. What the hell happened to country music? This is so much better than the bullshit on the radio now that they call country
I used to relate to this song about my girlfriend and now she’s broken up with me and I’d give anything to spend another crazy night at the bar with her
