The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results… that’s COD and anyone who thinks otherwise is insane and will disappointed… COD has become a game you wait till a Black Friday sale, play it for a week and move on.
Bruh, every cod influencer straight lied to our faces about how good the last 3-4 cods were. None of them were good. Not trusting nobody and ain’t buying no more cods
I mean they all have said to not buy it until you tried the beta and came up to your own conclusion those same 3-4 cod games so if there was anyone that should take the blame it should be yourself
the last 4 cods were cold war, vanguard, mw2 and mw3. one of them was a game no one wanted and was only made to put certain guns into warzone. two of them had a dev cycle of less than 2 years. one is glorified DLC that should've been what the game "base" game was. and one if def made by a studio that doesn't take any feedback and doubles down on their dumb decisions. imo vanguard was the worst out of the four. tho out of all four mw3 has had the most added content which I think shows sledgehammer really wants to please people but are shackled down by infinity ward cod IP. idk if bo6 is going to be the last game in the "new era" of cod that mw2 started.
Every year it’s “this game is gonna be so good it has new stuff “ 5 months in ppl are bored of it and can’t wait for the next one with “new stuff “ then the cycle repeats 😭istg man this is insanity.
it’s gonna get pretty hard to get bored since there’s going to be new content every season and more zombie maps coming later in the game unless you just dislike the game
Lmao this comment seems like a child typed it 😂 “bRanD nEW cOnTEnT eVeRY sEasOn,sEAsOn paSSEs aND aND aND zOmBiES mApS” stfu and cope harder, it turns me on Teet.
I would say more like 2-2.5 years of resting, and 1.5-2 years of actual work put into the game. Just because there's a huge gap between games doesn't mean the sequel, or next installment, has been worked on that whole time.
The gameplay looks like Cold War and Modern Warfare had a baby and that's not a good thing. Each studio used to have it's own unique flare to it and were vastly different between Treyarch, Infinity Ward, and Sledgehammer. Now each game looks pretty much the same with a few overlay differences it's like they took Modern Warfare and made a mod for it. I'm not buying these games anymore because I've already played them.
@@ImBlisty sadly that’s how Activision has decided they want the new Cod’s to be developed, at first I was fine with this idea of every game is under one engine now cause it made sense, a way to help with server stability and easier to stop hackers but considering recent events it’s clear Activision is more doing this so they can save money on not having to make a new engine with each cod, and can’t be bothered to fix the server stability and anti cheat with the engine they have declared to use since MW2 2022
@@cyberwolf5896 True and it's not even about them being under one engine I get that it's that the games trully now more than ever before look and play the same like if you've played Cold War and MW you've played this before. Also very correct on the cheating issue I'll admit I never really experienced that stuff cause I dropped Call of Duty years ago but it's a shame they don't care enough to fix it and they won't as long as the battle pass and warzone continues to feed a dying franchise.
It's not that hard to beat Cold War maps, Final Reich was a fantastic map, compare that to the average maps in Cold War, then it clearly dominates, if Cold War had more time then it'll probably be a different story.
As someone who hasn't played a COD game since vanguard im genuinely excited for what Zombies has in store. 🎉 BO6 might be the Magnum Opus of the Black Ops series. Calling rn idgaf
Infinite warfare zombies was good but what made it better was how unique and vibrant the maps were. You had a themepark, a neon city i think in china, a base on the moon if i remember correctly, a movie set and a rave festival and camp in a forest. The maps were so good man, that's my type of maps for sure, no other cod has scratched that itch for me yet.
Haven't enjoyed COD since black ops 3 zombies. Bought into the cold war hype for a bit and realized it was dog water a month or two later and dropped it. The only fun part of the new CODs was gunfight which got ruined with the heavy SBMM and now EOMM. I hope they finally bring it back but not counting on it.
I think the reason Cold War was "lackluster" is because it came out at a time when we needed a game like BO3, but Cold War didn't have the time or funding to be at that level. Cold War is still a great game, but it came at the wrong time
Excellent work as always. I just hope that the BO6 doesn’t get dull by mid January like the last 3 releases, yes camo challenges are fun . But if I want to play for a prize I’ll go to Dave & Busters.
As someone who's more of a zombies fan than MP, I'm really excited for this! It's hard to say how the mode looks without the gameplay trailer, so I'm looking forward to that, but a lot of the things I've heard so far seem pretty good. You're gonna have a set crew again (though I think you can still choose to do operatives instead, but the set crew gives the mode more personality), gobblegums are back from BO3, and the atmosphere of this cinematic felt pretty good. I'm really looking forward to seeing the gameplay, learning how the perk system works, seeing how many maps will be at launch, etc., but so far, I'm optimistic.
Honestly MWZ would have been better received if we still had Round Base maps as priority alongside it. Round Base with Easter eggs and story should always be there. MWZ could collab with the round based maps in someways if they wanted to put time in getting creative with both modes but I don't see that happening.
I can’t wait for yall to look back at MW3 and realize how good it was. This was the most consistent content they’ve ever dropped for any cod. Let a couple years go by. Then it’ll be “MW3 was so good”
I’m losing my confidence in this game with each leak that comes out. I’m so sick of every cod feeling the same. it’s a damn shame that treyarch can’t do what they want and deliver a good cod. I don’t think we will ever get a good cod again and that breaks my heart
@@mr.plays_alot that's fair, I always just get CoD for the Campaign and Zombies, Vanguard and MW23 were the only time I just did not feel the hype for zombies.
I know it’s not treyarchs fault but everyone has already been let down with EOMM and SBMM being in the game. Will only play this for campaign and zombies
What are you talking about?"Don't let us down" Treyarch are the only good call of duty Devs. I've been playing since Black Ops 1, and Treyarch has never disappointed. I can't say the same thing about Sledge Hammer and Infinity Ward.
Tbh, I never care about zombies. I find that mode well… mind numbing. I honestly don’t think it deserves its place in CoD, but it’s been there for so long now, I think they feel it as an obligation to the fans to keep bringing it back. The years I can uninstall it, I do.
The reason why zombies has sucked since Cold War is because it is a marketing strategy, why make zombies good every year when they just make zombies good just for the Black Ops games so it’s a selling point for Black Ops games specifically
Best thing they could do is get rid of SBMM, it shouldn’t be in the game or any other FPS multiplayer game. Stop wrapping gamers in cotton wool and protecting them. Money has ruined the COD experience and we need to return to the good old days.
Extinction in ghosts was awesome something different over regular zombies!! Infinity ward needs to bring it back instead of their dull version of a third mode
i stopped getting hyped for call of dutys when i was 16... 7 years ago at this point. i just buy them knowing i like to play cod and i'll get something with a cod feel. I like to think of it as a content update rather than a new game. BOYS THE CONTENT UPDATE GONNA BE HOT ASS THIS YEAR!!!
It’s not treyarch who lets us down. Activsion lets us down. Treyarch has been doing amazing work. Activsion has been slowing them down and getting in their way. Activsion needs to piss off and let treyarch cook.
I am someone who bought every single cod except vanguard and mw3 2023. And now I will skip this one. The series is over. It’s done for me at least. They never got better after blops 1. I loved me ghosts, black ops4 and mw 2019. But all those devs have pretty much left. I will keep playing my indie pc shooters. Bye cod. I especially miss cod 4. Rip
Treyarch if I don't see double tap and the cold war upgrade system etc I'm gonna lose it Don't let us down And don't nerf zombies keep everything separate
I just quickly Googled the leaked gameplay to see it for myself and I gotta be honest it looks like Cold War 2.0. It looks no different than the games we’ve had since MW19. People will still get excited for it though and spend hundreds of dollars in the shop because it’s the new game. Until the next one comes out and the brainwashed cycle repeats 🤡
When Cold war came out, my friends made fun of it and also me for playing it. Now they consider it the best cod since bo3 and they still play cold war. Cold war has a lot of problems and if bo6 is any better than cold war ill be happy
Black ops 6 isn’t even out yet and they already messed up zombies. The new zombies leaks make everything sound bad. I don’t want super powers in zombies.
i agree, i hope treyarc lives up to its name. This is do or die time, they may lose another 20 percent of the player base if it isnt good. it could be more. there are cod vets like me that casually play that isnt in to sweating every game. especially with having kids and etc now. ive been playing call of duty 17 years now.
Imo, and I’m just going to dish out some cold reality here: multiplayer is going to be more of the same. Take it or leave it. Zombies might be pretty decent, however I fully believe there still will be aspects of it will be SEVERELY held back due to Activision’s idiotic plan to attempt to appeal to everyone. They will continue to try and make a game that will appeal to everyone to increase profit (because that’s the nature of why they exist) and it will continue to hold them back in certain ways. We just have to hope the positives outweigh the negatives of that phenomena. A game for everyone is a game for no one. For example they do stuff like this: Operators don’t belong in zombies. Neither do loadouts (rarity is fine I guess.) Operators exist only to make money and loadouts exist only to appeal to all players to grind camo. Hopefully the game isn’t filled with those sorts of features (or they can somehow make those features appeal to even dedicated zombies fans.)
Well i hope the og perks are back like double tap 2.0, electric cherry, or vulture aid. Or better yet some easter egg songs that are actually decent. It sucks elena siegman doesnt do zombie easter egg songs anymore. I hope they have peyton parrish do the songs
Played some on a jailbroken ps4. Game actually looks good on the console and I might like the movement more than mw3, the guns that were available feel pretty great to handle. I was going off just about every match(there’s this thing called PsLAN that allows other jailbroken ps4s and ps5s to communicate and join lobbies via lan thus making it possible to play the game early online with other jailbroken users). But obviously once the real servers go live the sbmm is going to make me like the game less.
I know im in the minority here but i feel zomboes has gotten too easter egg focused. I miss the world at war and blops 1 days where people only worried about going high rounds instead of going off and doing some zombie mission where we get no instruction
Majority of players don't care about the Easter Eggs though, so it's fine, EE are there for those who want an objective to go through, surviving rounds is still the heart of the mode.
DMZ was a good 3rd mode in mw2, it just needed better support. If it had that that could've easily been the best 3rd mode ever. Every tike infinity ward has a new idea for a 3rd mode it always has potential, but then they never capitalize on it. Just let it fade away. Same thing back in ghost, with aliens. I shit you not, that game mode had potential, if they handled it better by returning to it. Imagine what they could've done, it was definitely gonna be better than zombies. They never really returned to that mode. That to, faded away. History repeats itself. And it looks like DMZ will follow this trend.
Spoiler alert: They will. It feels like it's not the same Treyarch anymore. The MP feels like MW with some CW vibes sprinkled over it and feels soulless. I don't have much hype or hope for this game. The franchise as a whole is in the same boat.
Bo6 is so much like bo4 it’s crazy but not necessarily a bad thing, the bad thing is the game is also a lot like mw2019 which i despise.. although.. game looks to be the best iteration of the modern warfare engine mechanics tho, like how bo3 was the best iteration for jet pack cods, this game is gonna be the black ops 3 of the modern warfare 2019 era of cod games
