Triangular patties with feta cheese - the perfect finger-licking breakfast!
The products are for 10 patties.
For the stuffing:
- 100 g of feta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. Greek yoghurt
- a pinch of baking soda
For the patties:
- 5 sheets of ready-made phyllo dough
- 50 ml of cooking oil
- 1 egg
