That’s brilliant. I’m well thanks Rob. I do a bit of cold water swimming in the rivers and seas although I haven’t been to South Walsham. I’m trying to improve my swimming techniques at my gyms swimming pool. It’s seems incredible to swim and not be able to really see properly when you’re going. Looking forward to seeing further Blind Focus reports on your training! It must be really beneficial and inspiring especially to people with poor vision. 💪
😊 I am doing pretty good. It’s already hot here in Florida and swimming is the best way to cool off. I have a question. How do you know when you reached one of the turning points or when you’ve made it to the end? Is it by counting strokes?
Never been one to swim, especially in a pool after an incident when I almost drowned when I was little but open water swimming here looks so freeing - hope to get over the fear one day and try it for myself!
