Thank you! Yes shipping was insane! I had actually sent like 6 or 8 boxes of stuff lol I think it would have made for too long of a video 😂 I had gotten everything and packaged over time (like a year) then paid for shipping from home one at a time then just sent them all out together

The doctor set for Om was adorable! Watching him with his doctor coat and stethoscope made me smile and remember my little brother liking to play doctor. It just reinforced what Pavarti said - we are all one family. Many people focus on differences but little Om is a perfect example of the fact that it doesn’t matter where you live or what your culture is, our children show us that we were the same. Sorry to ramble, but my heart is full and I’m feeling philosophical. I hope Abdul proudly shows off his mugs with his picture on it. What a great idea! I absolutely love the quote and again, the gift was perfect. I so want to just sit around a campfire and listen to Abdul tell stories. He is such a wise and loving man. So Angella, on behalf of all of us who have come to love our Trybals (including Adnan!), thank you for sending those gifts and showing them that we are happy to be their brothers and sisters.

I do feel we are all one family 💝🥰 After Om said he wanted to be a Dr, I want him to see himself as a Dr and not lose sight of that and realize that he is capable of becoming a Dr if he works toward that and is given the opportunity, so I do hope that at least the backpack will last and inspire him, he’s such a sweet boy and what a gift that would be to Parvati to help lift her son up to achieve that! 💝 Somewhere Om has had the seed planted in his mind that he would like to be a Dr. With not many resources available to him, if we are able to help fertilize and water that seed, it becomes more possible for him.

@@deanahillman2304 getting sizes is difficult I think that’s a guess, that’s what I’ve had to do, But you can try emailing Adnan to ask he can give you the mailing address and whatever else. If you get sizes please let me know lol

Everytime I see Bob Ross on our local PBS Stations I immediately think of Muharam and how much he truly enjoyed his first painting many months ago 🎨

@@_GiGiBloom_ Since you're in the Detroit area (I'm up in Alpena), you should definitely check out some of the organizations for immigrants and cross-cultural exchange that are around there. Being around international people sharing culture, food, and love is such an incredibly rewarding experience! When I lived in Ann Arbor there were ESL conversation groups and programs that were always looking for native speakers to volunteer; I'm sure you could find something nearby.

Yes!! I feel like all of our hearts have been stolen away from us, in the US.. and replaced with confusion, distrust, sadness and loss. We have lost our way, our faith, our common decency. I have also been afflicted with the need to “shut down”.. because worrying, fear and anxiety has been so destructive to my mind and heart the last few years. These videos yesterday and today… have given me a sense of inner peace. And hope for better days.
