Trichothiodystrophy - hair that never grows
Trichothiodystrophy (TTD) is an inherited disorder characterized by brittle hair. The hair breaks easily, what makes the impression the it "never grows"
TTD is associated with a range of symptoms connected with organs of the ectoderm (skin etc) and neuroectoderm (nervous system etc). TTD may be subclassified into four syndromes: BIDS and PBIDS, and IBIDS and PIBIDS.
The acronyms are based on the presence or absence of the following features: photosensitivity (P), ichthyosis (I), brittle hair (B), intellectual impairment (I), decreased fertility (D), and short stature (S).

Thank you Professor for another great video! Would you have suggestions to check for any specific macro/micronutrient deficiencies in male persons who engage in intense sexual activity (e.g. 3 times daily) who struggle with hair loss?

Thank you ! There are no data to show that nutrition may have any effect, but this is a very interesting idea!

@@profLidiaRudnicka Everywhere on the Internet it says that sexual activity has no effect on your hair or skin (as in e.g. acne). However, I can clearly see that in my case, when I abstain for a few days, my acne is clearing up. Maybe a similar effect is true for hair loss? You know, however, that it takes quite a long time to see any effect of a hair loss therapy. This makes me wonder if my clearing of acne after abstinence is a hormonal thing, or maybe there are some free micronutrients that are available in the blood and not lost during ejaculation? For example zinc or vitamin A.
