Niestety w Polsce ciężko, aby dermatolog przepisał receptę transgraniczną, bądź lek recepturowy na minoxidil w tabletkach. Byłem u kilku dermatologów i żaden nie przepisał mi tego, a jak schodziłem na inne tematy, to niektórzy z nich nawet nie wiedzieli, czym jest dutasteryd.
Czy skoro etiopatogeneza twardziny to zaburzenia mikrokrążenia to czy głównym zaleceniem obok rzucenia nikotyny nie powinny być też regularne treningi izotoniczne (sercowo-naczyniowe)?
So interesting and well explained! I started 2.5 3 months and all was right, just last days noticed, in some part of the day, like a chest pression discomfort but: no tachicard, no edema, no heart rate. I went to a cardiologist and I took: ECG, Stress Test and echocardiogram and all was ok, so strange: also noticed, a day, the chest pain was increasing or decreasing moving body to a specific side: left/right: Any hint or suggestion? Yes, Loss of both eyebrows and eyelashes are an important and bothersome symptom of the disease. Loss of eyelashes is significantly less common. Next time I will remember! Thank you!

Albo kiedy są 2 osoby, jedna z dużymi zakolami, druga nie widać by były zakola. W pewny momencie obie osoby nawzajem szacują swój wiek. Osoba z zakolami była oceniona na 30 a osoba bez zakoli 16. I co w tym śmiesznego, że oboje w swoich szacunkach się zgadzali kto jest starszy ale byli w błędzie. Realnie osoba z zakolami była młodsza a była to różnica 2 lat 24/22 XD

Aktualnie bezsensu jest walić doustnie takie rzeczy. Można śmiało wcierać mino naskórnie + jakiś anty DHT (najlepiej RU58841 lub dutasteryd :D), do tego dermaroller i wtedy śmiga
W medycynie nie analizuje się śmigania, ale bezpieczeństwo i skuteczność, która musi być odpowiednio udowodniona zanim preparat zostanie zastosowany u ludzi.
Spoko rozumiem panią. Ja osobiście wcieram minoxidil 15% na noc oraz RU58841 z Minoxidilem 5% w dzień, do tego roluje skórę co 3 dzień. Skutków ubocznych nie mam żadnych a włosy odrastają bardzo ładnie stąd mój komentarz
This is a very complex question, because there is a wide range of shampoos and a wide range of soaps. In general it is better to use shampoos for hair (soaps are designed to be “stronger”, usually have higher pH, and are more difficult to rinse out from hair). However you will do yourself no harm by using it occasionally, when needed or when no shampoo is available.
