Trick to Memorize Key Points of a book (7 Habits Book as Example)

This video will not teach you how to memorize a book word for word.
However, what it will do is give you the strategy you will need to memorize the key points of any book. You could do this with the table of content, chapters or just the main ideas that you get from the book.
In memory training one of the things that you need to do is learn to remember something by attaching it to something else. Here are my images or hooks for numbers 1-7:
1. Pencil
2. Duck
3. Pyramid
4. Box
5. Star
6. Elephant
7. Dice
In this video we memorized the 7 points from Stephen Covey's book the 7 Habits of Highly Effective people and took the 7 habits and memorized them by attaching them to the hooks.
Habit 1: Be Proactive
Habit 2: Begin with the end in mind
Habit 3: Put first things first
Habit 4: Think win/win
Habit 5: Seek first to understand
Habit 6: Synergize
Habit7: Sharpen the saw
