With owning a company like OVERFUELLED, I felt it was so important for me to make this video being 100% honest about my own struggles, in order to hopefully help someone in some way, and to prove that talking and getting help IS ok! Societies take on Mental Health is not healthy and it's time we changed that!...
I appreciate that the sound quality isn't the best and it is just a video with purely me talking, I am still new to making videos and will hopefully soon upgrade my film equipment.
