Joking aside, please check out my merchandise. There's some good stuff in here, especially when it comes to raising awareness for Marijuana Overdoses. Save lives by buying some merch. Others already have. What are you waiting for? MERCHANDISE LINK: teespring.com/stores/barry-mccockiner-products
Of course Barry! After seeing my wife’s boyfriend in your merch, it’s motivated me to buy your merch and support those who suffer from marijuana addiction. Thank you so much Barry!
@malone4735 Yeah, I'd definitely say that's a fair comparison rn. Josh is good and able to hold his own, but there are two clearly better QB'S in his division
That's almost exactly the record number of decibels Arrowhead set years ago, and since sound intensity fluctuates and depends on the location of the measurement, it might well have gotten _just_ a tick louder. Glad Damar is healthy though, hopefully he can prove himself more worthy of his roster spot this year.
@@dfp_01 sad thing is, Damar is probably gonna get comeback player of the year regardless of his performance. Yeah his heart scare and survival is a miracle, but he's not a good player. Two comeback player choices, if they don't automatically jump the Damar bandwagon, are Russ or Javonte. The easy pick is Javonte unless Russ has complete 180.
@@kevinmoore2474 Yeah, I'd potentially add Stafford or Watson to that list as well. Maybe Calvin Ridley? Those last two players are character-clause guys though, so I don't know. What I do know is when Chris Pronger suffered a very similar incident during an NHL playoff game in 1998, he was miraculously able to get back on the ice two days later and wouldn't have even really been a candidate for the Masterton award (not really a comeback player type award anyway, more of a perseverance/grit award). My personal pick would be Javonte because he's one of my favorite young running backs and I really hope he balls out in every game that doesn't come against the Chiefs.
Notice the browns are the reverse Steelers fans ? Any black qb no matter how bad they are, they defend him and any white QB that has one or two bad games the want out They literally treated Tim Couch like we did Kordell
As a Steelers fan I love his Rapist Ben jokes I laugh every time😂😂😂 He's spoke on about the racism hypocrisy Kordell had one bad season or a game they want him out , and the Steelers had Neil "Turnover when a light wind hits his slow immobile ass" O'Donnell and they defended him even after his choke job at Superbowl 30 I'll say it and I'll stand by it Kordell at this point is the 3rd best QB in Steelers history
As a Chiefs fan, the missed Super Bowls haunt me on a daily basis. But since I’m a longtime Chiefs fan, any Super Bowl that wasn’t won in ‘69, when I was 5, is pretty awesome.
No kidding. The most painful playoff loss I ever sat through was in the 2014 afc wildcard game against the Colts, where they blew a 38-10 lead. It doesn't hurt nearly as much now since getting Mahomes, but at the time seeing something like that, I thought the Chiefs would never win a playoff game in my lifetime.
@johnlewis8934 That one really stunk as well. It felt almost like we were cursed. I will say that loss didn't hurt me nearly as much but that's only because we had just drafted Mahomes and even though I didn't know a whole lot about him I remember on draft night quite a few people including Kurt Warner had said he was going to be a really good player. Even though I loved Alex Smith, I was very excited to see the prospect of us having a franchise QB for the first time in like ever.
Going back to this, most have aged well and some have not. The Texans one has definitely aged poorly considering how well that the team has done and Stroud looking like the franchise guy they should build their whole team on (hopefully they do). And I guess the Buccaneers too have done good too
As a Steelers fan, I agree with everything you said. My dad HATES Tomlin and has for years but defended the ND coach who was white. I would bring that up, and he would change the subject.
tomlin is great. any steelers fan with a brain knows its canada, and the draft team that needs to go. saying tomlin is a bad coach is outright saying "i know nothing about football"
The other thing about the Bills whining and complaining about the overtime rules: The exact same thing happened to Kansas City in 2018 in the Dee Ford game, where Mahomes never touched the ball in overtime and New England went on to win the Super Bowl. After that season, Kansas City also proposed that the overtime rules change, but the league voted it down, *including* the Bills. So as far as I'm concerned, they got what they deserved.
I'm so glad you mentioned Joe Burrows little clutch reputation. I remember this past years AFC Championship game and Burrow had like 2 or 3 very good chances to put the game away and on those drives he came away with nothing yet Bengals fans are still trying to say it was the refs fault as if Joe Burrow isn't the reason they lost that game. If it wasn't for his defense keeping him in the game, it probably would have been a blowout. 😂😂
As a Texan fan, our history is not great but there are still positives. We’ve only been a franchise for about 25 years and have won the division 6 times in the last 13 years. And we have stroud now who looks like a top 5 qb in the making
To add on to the Chargers: In 2010 they had the best offense and defense in the league in terms of yardage gained/allowed, set records in the Super Bowl era for yardage differential, but missed the playoffs entirely, in the same year a 7-9 Seattle Seahawks team won their division and made the playoffs.
Indeed, plenty of content has been made about how the 2010 Chargers' awful special teams contributed to their 1-6 record in 1-score games. This allowed the Chiefs to enjoy the rare accomplishment of winning their division despite having a losing (2-4) division record.
@@Zalis116 There was a 7-to-8-year window the Chargers had where they just came up short. 5 times they made the playoffs the other 2 times like in 2010 they finished 9-7 and missed the playoffs. Lost the division to a bad Chiefs team and lost the division to a Broncos team that put in Tim Tebow hoping to tank and get Andrew Luck. Heart breaking playoff losses and one AFC championship appearance is what they accomplished during that time. They were the Bills of that era.
Only thing I’d say about the Chiefs (being a Browns fan regretfully) is he did lose two all-pro tackles against one of the best defenses that year. Any quarterback would struggle with those circumstances, but his receivers did him zero favors.
it is true so many racist steeler fans im a steeler fan and some praise the shit out of cowher but shit on tomlin for basically the same exact career its insane to me
Cowher was part of coming out of obscurity, Tomlin is carrying on the mediocrity. The memory anchor is different, but in 2023 we have to bring race into everything since it is the only important thing about people anymore. Also people always talked about Cowher not being hall of fame because he didn’t win in the playoffs, but we can just ignore that because we don’t think it happened so it actually didn’t.
@@shanereid9324 better than being the browns. ungratefull psk psk. i suppose youd prefer we hire some no name bum with barely half the expierience of tomlin and go on four loosing seasons in a row. im perfectly content not being a loosing team.
As a Steeler fan, I was hanging in there pretty good and accepting the triggering with poise. But the Mario/Gretzky jab at the end got me. I giggled for 10 minutes. Kudos to you sir.
As a Seattle fan, my playoff confidence hasn't been up since the LOB days. So when you do your NFC video, BRING ON THE PAIN!!!!!! *love your content always, and it's helping with my recovery*
For those who don’t understand the wander Franco joke for the Texans. Franco is a star shortstop who now has allegations of dating multiple underage girls
Barry... Thank you. Thank you for just a mere miniscule amount time during the day, for me to actually have a reason to laugh and smile... And not having to fake it
19:16 Just wanted to add that despite going to the AFC title game a few years ago, the Titans last home playoff win was 21 seasons ago, only exceeded by the Lions and Dolphins' total playoff win droughts
The fact he had to bring up the astros shows that you can’t say anything about us texans fans that we haven’t said ourselves. We know we’re dogshit but we will keep sippin on that kool-aid
AWESOME content as always Barry. I don't know which is funnier, your truthful team analysis or picturing the reaction of the teams fanbase crapping themselves in rage 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
As a colts fan, I was honestly expecting worse. The Peyton bit was funny though because my mom (just like every single mom indiana til 2012 for some reason) was obsessed with Peyton. I could never understand.
im a bronco fan and your spot on. am i triggered? no. I've been a fan since 1974 so I've seen my fair share of Denver shit shows. the '22' donkeys will forever be known as how bad Denver ball is judged. your stuff is quite funny and brutally honest. cant wait to see the NFC video. i subbed because of this video.
I can picture him just showing the “Jay Cutler, don’t care” pic regarding our history at QB and how cute it is we celebrate our one championship from 37yrs ago like we’re some kind of powerhouse 😂
@@Remi0dd6 yes the usual on Da Bears. I’m just disappointed that there were no mentions of scrappy, deceptively athletic, gym rat daughter daters for McCaffrey, Kupp or Thielen when talking about the Panthers, 49ers and Vikings 😜
The only way Denver will ever get good is breaking the Manning Curse by finding a QB with an even bigger forehead. Or Russell Wilson agrees to have surgery for the Frankenstein look and starts screaming Omaha
"If your team is in this video and you don't get triggered, you're not a real fan." Well, I'm a Jets fan. And, compared to what WE say about the team and other Jets fans...well, what you said sounds downright nice. It really was the most love I've heard online (for the Jets) outside the programmed propaganda of the NY Jets own website. So, thank you. We'll take the closest thing to words of encouragement we've heard since Jo Namath's fur coat walked on it's own legs.
