REVERSE BULLET HELL, WITH MINING
Kill bugs, upgrade your gear, and delve ever deeper into the lethal caves of Hoxxes. Collect and assemble a devastating array of guns, unleash hell upon wave after wave of alien monsters in fast and frenetic combat, and tunnel your way to collect precious riches from deep within the cave walls. Each mission is unique, using procedural cave generation and enemy waves, just as you've come to know from Deep Rock Galactic.
COMPLETE MISSION OBJECTIVES TO BECOME STRONGER
Delve deep, Miner! Once the Drop Pod releases you into the oppressive darkness, you are on your own. Complete the mission objectives set forth by the Company, and make it back to the Drop Pod in time to try your luck at even more deadly and lucrative encounters. Progress deeper and deeper into the planet while you grow ever stronger, survive all the way to the very end of your assignment, and finally get extracted alongside your hefty sack of loot.

No joke, I did this as scout last night. It is such a fun build. m1k and boomstick are some of my favorite weapons. And the plasma carbine is so good upgraded

Cub you should try a directional weapon only challenge once you get a controller. Basically Minigun, Subata, Warthog, and Zhukov/BRT without Death Spiral.

this gives me an idea for a hazard 5 no movement challenge: use stages 1-4 to run around and build your loadout, then try to survive stage 5 and the final boss without moving

I haven't played this game but from watching I feel there should be more lvls. You get to lvl 5 and finally have the build fully going and only get to play one lvl with it. It would be cool to be able to take it into a even harder lvl and actually put it to the test

You should try a kinetic, shooty/bullet grenade build. Crit and crit damage. It's insane scaling.

Tried this within the hour that this video was posted. I failed at Stage 3, Level 52. Probably should not have gotten Minigun to second overclock. Too much frontal only damage.

M1000. Warthog. Boomstick. Warthog and minigun being frontal facing means I can kite and gain many levels. Probably good against dreadnaught. It also means that once swarmed I clear the front but not the sides.

An Idea, maybe for streaming. Start again with no meta upgrades and no weapons. Just to show how big of a difference it makes. As I was beginning to play I was wondering how you do it, I am having such a hard time, and you just run through everything.

haha that is such a nice idea. I believe Hazard 1 without upgrades is harder than Hazard 5 with upgrades. Would be happy to be proven wrong though :D.

@@DarbsPlaysGolf Cub actually did a live stream and played on Hazard 1 without upgrades on a different account. I felt like he really had to use everything he knew to give himself a chance against the Dreadnaught and the fight took more than he was comfortable but he did it. Since I compare this to his serious Hazard 5 runs which are not even close I think my claim still stands, but I am very impressed he managed to do it on the first try I did not think it was really viable... but apparently Cub is insane. Cheers!

One thing I don't understand is, when you see a magnet drop - why not go and mine for the rest of the level before the elites are dead? You can guarantee picking up every piece of XP with the magnet, so you may as well make sure you mine all the gold and nitra in the level. Every level always has around 50-60 nitra, this all adds up and goes a long way to being to max out multiple weapons per run. A part of me dies a little every time I see only half the gold and nitra mined.

Yeah Shotgun build is Awesome! If you have a Minigun and 2 maxed out rifles to go along, with the small shotgun hanging by your side as a sidearm ^^ Makes sense ;p
