the battle intensifies , speed 400 has certainly outclassed everyone in this segment, its 6 ( Harley Hero bajaj triumph jawa honda)vs 1 (RE) now, lets see how Sid gives counter offensive with the 450
😂Bajaj marketing strategy ( brain wash). Bajaj has mastered the art of marketing, be it KTM launch in India, pulsar 150, v15, they know how to create a mass appealing campaign.
@@nighthawk4028Bajaj sucks at marketing. They couldn't hit the spot with the Dominar and the Pulsar 250. In this case as well as when the 390 first launched, the pricing was key. They offered high performance for the asking price.
Great review! Touched on all the important bits! You wouldn't think Bajaj could top their Pulsar debut. But they did it again with the Triumph launch! A stunningly beautiful retro roadster with plush class-leading suspension. This is every Indian man's dream! Way to go Bajaj-Triumph. My hats off to you! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
@@ameyamaha And That's why RE never go beyond 350cc single clinder engine while Triumph having inline 3 cylinders bikes from decades & 2500cc {Fortuner Engine} bike like Rocket 😂
@@vzvish357 check a little before the timestamp, the lower half of the headlamp seems to have condensation. The press release pics show full clear lens, here the lower half appears a bit matte
Some reviews say there is vibration after 6000rpm which increases significantly there after ...is that so? Pls answer as I am awaiting the first batch but still no test ride here at the Kochi showroom...
Which bike will I sell and which one do I keep? I will sell the Honda and BMW, keep the Triumph Scrambler 900 and buy the 400X… but I will wait a year for the first issues to iron out, like they all have when they are thrown on the market… introduction to the US in fall… so it will be at the beginning of 2025 for me… I hope they deliver plenty until then… over hyped or not… the 350 to 500 class is undersold in the US by the manufacturers who are not red, green, yellow, blue, or orange… I had everything from the big cruiser, sportsbikes, tourers, and from the Goldwing to the GS… I am ready to downsize and ride just for fun… kids and grandkids will love it… a classical design, modern technology, and a fair price will sell them like donuts next to a police station… good job Triumph and Bajaj…
Hello everyone, I would like to find out about the Triumph Speed 400 TR engine. Does anyone know if Triumph engineers were involved in developing the engine, or if it's purely the work of Bajaj? Thank you for any responses.
It's just opposite in my case.🙂 I've two bikes and a 4-wheeler already but My dear one made me book this bike after feeling my sheer love and enthusiasm for this Beautiful Triumph Bajaj Collab. Now, she is persisting to get the delivery and not change my mind at the last moment. Saving and giving life to my passion for Biking. ❤❤🫡
This is the 2nd review I've skimmed through. Personally, I don't want to see the factory spec-sheet- I want to know the actual performance limits. Put the ugly, stupid, thing on a scale, then a dyno, and then go to a track and pit it against the KTM 390's and the Japanese 400 twins. When you've done that, we'll know more about it than just what it looks like and how many plastic styling pieces they can paste onto it to make it resemble their so-called brand.
@@pravinmurthy From the angle of some hopeful new rider that looks at these videos and believes the hype and thinks that he or she can buy the best 400cc bike in the world. Ever met that person?
In India the Speed 400 will be priced at $2800, so how is Triumph going to explain to buyers in the US and England that the bike will cost them between $5,000 and $6,000?
In India we get overpriced imported units for bikes which are not manufactured here. So, similar theory applies to US, UK version. They'll get an imported unit. Also, with Metzeler tyres and a higher quality better build Instrument cluster. and maybe some more minor tweaks of premiumness.
