They not all good , just bought a speed twin 1200 and handed it back cos kept stalling got sent to triumph to update the ecu but problem was still there so now ive bought the street triple 765rs and suffers same problem 2020 model and triumph aware of this but no recall and doing nothing , this is very dangerous , maybe waiting until someone dies before they do anything
GREAT BIKE! I was one of the lucky ones that got a Racing Yellow #520 in Arizona. Never had a Street Triple. I had a 2011 Speed 1050(sold) got a 1200RR in 2022. But I love this 765 so much!
I always appreciate your detailed and honest reviews. Two years ago I bought a Street Scramber (Gold line) based on your recommendations (which were spot on). Today I bought one of these in the Phantom black! Thanks again and please keep the reviews coming, they are valued.
The bike looks somehow familiar 😉 Doesn’t it get up to speed quickly!! Shame it was so wet, but then again, you’ll keep your license! Love the ride by shot 👌🏼
Hi, I own a BMW R1250GS for touring and days away, I have a Cosmic Yellow RS for days out or short rides out. However I have an itch for a Thruxton RS, I see you have reviewed both, so for a bike where its used for short runs out which would you go for, Street Triple RS or the Thruxton RS (I have to say the Thruxton does look better).
So both bikes are good for short runs but you will love the thruxton looks better. Also as they have stopped making maybe a better investment and hold money better. Both great bikes though feel very different, triple vs twin but the thruxton takes it for me
There’s an optional flyscreen you can put on the bike and it will look nearly exactly like the previous model. Triumph just took it off and selling it separately instead of making it standard.
I own this bike and it is awesome, the dash isn't a big deal you get used to shifting by noise and honestly I rarely look at the tach when riding my 701 doesn't even have a tach lol. This is a very comfortable motorcycle highly suggest people try it out, easy to ride as well.
Sweet machine,,,but you do well to get 52 to the gallon😂now the quick shifter suits that type of bike not saying it doesn't on the gt explorer but i rarely use it...Good review on the bike ride safe.
Kind of crazy I went from "Ehh yellow, bug eyes" to selling my R1 and buying this bike! Ppl will call me crazy but I'm old and I like comfort and power! Plus Ducati killed the monster in terms of cool look unique looks.
While I love the red, that yellow really looks nice, especially in different lighting which can make it just shine. Love the way Triumph is just pushing the colors lately. Good job. 👍🤪🏳️🌈
Love my Street Triple, traded in my MT10 for it, and the downsizing definitely suits my style of riding lighter more agile with a better build quality. Agree the TFT design could be better but thats my only criticism as otherwise perfect for me. Thanks MotoUK.
Nice review, tested one last year to see how it would be downgrading emgine size and didnt want to give it back and im now about 5 weeks away from it turning up cant wait.
They are great bikes, enough power for sure and will out handle most 1,000cc sport bikes every day on the roads. I really would like to add one to the fleet
Your house will be looking like a triumph showroom soon if you get this bike Be good to see more reviews when it warms up and dries up. It sounds like it’s got a lot more to give.
