The flashing rev counter is the gear change light in action, which is restricted during running in, but gets progressively higher with miles. I think it just flashes rather than actually restricts revs?
Yes I may have some footage on it. But it's very simple to do - just a matter of removing the 4 screws that hold the original one on, and then fitting the new one using the screws they supply into the same holes. Thanks for watching.
