This was harder then yesterday! feeling the burning gives me the perfect boost and motivation to keep doing this!!!Thank you Mango! I have a lot of problems on my sacrum and sometimes it's a bit hard to enjoy this exercises but I hope eventually I am gonna get stronger and I will feel better :(
