My pro form crosswalk 400e is making a terrible noise when it runs and does slow down when I am on it

really good video, thank you. My issue is everything works fine but approx 15 min it starts to slip and gets worse and worse to the point it becomes not usable. I was thinking its the motor overheating but maybe its one of the belts? I do hear some squeaking sounds too.

Hi Treadmill doctor, I have problem with my treadmill NordicTrack, It automatic slowing down after I run on it awhile at speed 7. What do you think the problem might be?

if you have this issue and your incline doesn't stay up would those 2 issues be linked together or separate problems?

Could be separate or could be a failing motor controller which controls the incline and drive motors. Do you have the same issue without a load? Typically, if it is a failed motor controller, you would have the same symptoms without a load on the belt as well.

my treadmill starts and runs fine until u step on it then it slows down and makes a loud humming noise and stops nothing is moving at all is this the motor?

I have a treadmill that I bought from somebody and they said it worked got it home plugged it in and I started to walk on it and then it just slow down and then stopped to get it to go again I have to turn it off and then on and then restart it and then it will start to go slow and then pick up speed

Mine stalls when I get on it and gives me a code one blink and pause and one blink and pause I believe it just needs treadmill oil motor seems fine no pulley belt slippage motor just gets seized

Would this help for a treadmill that runs okay for a lighter person but slows down when a heavier person (still within weight limit) gets on?

Have you lubricated the walking belt? How old is the walking belt?

My treadmill belt moves slower when I run in the center of the belt. If I run more to one side or the other I can feel it speed up to where it should be. I did recently lubricate the belt hoping it would resolve the issue. Any ideas what I should look for?

This sounds like a worn walking belt, do you have the full model number off the machine?

@@treadmilldoctor It's a BH S5Ti (2015 model). Is the thought a worn belt has higher friction in the center area?

can someone please help me I have a welso treadmill kind of an old model . I used it for 6 minutes than it shut down. I started to worry so decided to open up the mother cover and no l.e.d light. I plug it in to the outlet of the wall and the incline position still work but no l.e.d light and belt don't run someone help me!

The most common issue is a worn walking belt, do you have the full model number off the machine? It will be located on the frame of the machine on a data sticker.

Hi can you please help me find out if my treadmill motor is going bad? when I turn it ON it starts just fine but as soon as I step on it, it starts to slow down and then it comes to a complete stop ( walking and drive belts and front roller but I can still hear the motor trying to keep going ) then I step off of it and keeps running fine until i step on it again and it stops thank you I hope you can help me with detecting the problem.

Try to replace carbon brushes .if brushes are good check the drive belt and walking belt are too tight

Question: I think my drive belt is slipping as when I put my foot down on the walking belt hard everything stops except for the motor head/flywheel that drives the drive belt. However the drive belt looks pretty new. Can you have a case of the motor head being worn out so that any motor belt installed will always slip? This belt is properly installed, doesn't twist past 90 degrees etc. No noticeable wear and tear. This just has me stumped. Thanks!
