He's the best strong safty in the N.F.L period. His anticpation game is off the charts.to sum it up, A SILENT ASSASIN.

Maaaaaaaaannnnnnnn!!!!! I was privileged to see Troy in a time where the NFL was raw and uncut, Imagine just a handful of legendary players like Sean Taylor(RIP) Jason Taylor, Ed Reed, Deion Sanders, and so on and so on but Troy was different. Watching him play was sometimes like watching WWE or WWF wrestling in the terms of the excitement level that he raised the game to. Everything about his persona worked so well for that era, He is one in a million and also the fact he was on a team like the Steelers with a organization run the way that it is also helped foster his career too.

@Tulouna Le Lagi that is true they played completely different positions. Troy was a SS and Ed was a FS. I'd still take ED and or Ray Lewis to spearhead my defense. Troy was special in his own right.

Of course the number one play took us to the Super Bowl XLIII, the Súper Bowl with his number.
