I bought the Sony CRF-330K Shortwave Radio in 100% Prestinen Mint Condition he had everything for it. Not a Scratch on it anywhere. He spent $500.00 making sure it was brought up to Factory Specs & the 3 belts were replaced. I got all the Loose Papers from the Factory for it also. Mine was released in Europe from 100 to 240 Volts. Mine has a low serial Number. Also mine has the 1st Generation Clock. Also has the Factory Stickers on it yet.
What I’m trying to purchase is 3 Sony Flyers for the Sony CRF-330K there are 3 in Japan but the website is in Japanese it is Buyee & my Credit Card Company won’t let me Purchase them because of China & Tiwain Mastercard has a freeze on those nations. So I’m up against a brick wall. Even PayPal has a Freeze on those Countries so what can I do?
Don't give up on the Sonys Tom, I just won a 330K at an "almost" local action for $150. Could have got it much cheaper but one other bidder wanted it but probably didn't know what it really was. The auction had is listed as a Sony ham radio, didn't even give the model number. Drove 100 miles to get it and its worth it. I passed up a DX-200 for $10, figured I spent enough for one day:o)
Just about everything eventually breaks on these extremely complicated (but wonderful) radios. I wold NEVER buy one untouched and untested by me, in person, for that kind of money. More often than not, there are many problems that need to be sorted out. Go to a dealer/seller and make sure it checks out!
