We are camping and hiking in the Pisgah National Forest. It's great to get away from the crowded campgrounds and enjoy the peace of dispersed primitive camping. We brought along a few luxuries that make primitive camping more enjoyable.

Good to see you again, Keith. That looked a nice, if a bit challenging, on that trail - great destination at the end of it. Looks like you were the only people there, which is nice for a peaceful trip. Many bugs there? Didn’t look like you were swatting at any. Those air mattresses look better than any kind I’ve had - real thick ones. Good idea with those pop up canopies, too. See you on the next one. 👍🏻

Had a few bugs at camp but the fire seemed to help out quite a bit. We set up camp starting on a Sunday so there were not many people out after the weekend. Good to hear from you! 👍

That makes my knees hurt just looking at that. Also after having knee surgery u become very protective over the knees

Lots of rocks sticking up to fall on - could have been worse. My meniscus has been painful for 2 years until a month ago I got a sharp pain and now there is absolutely no pain in my knee at all. I have not been able to squat for 2 years and now my knee is normal. What A Blessing! 🙏
