All the mishaps of the 2015 tractor truck pulling season that were filmed by WWPTV. #tractor #tractorpull #tractorpulling #tractorpullfails #tractorpullmishaps #tractorpullcarnage
That old Mack super liner at the end was a beast . Don’t see many of those super liners around anymore at least in my part of the country . Back in the day they were trucking luxury.
Most regional events are $10,000 a night. It includes the sleds, purse for competition and staff. The NTPA events can run $25,000 plus a night and the Grand National events can go way higher. It takes so many sponsors to make this happen. As such, fire suppression companies should search out these types of events and leagues to sponsor because it is a great event to display their products. As far as quarter of a million dollars, on some of these machines, that could be a nice start. One single-engine can run from $80,000 to $150,000. These pullers build these incredible machines because they love putting on a show for you and me.
Good ole unsanctioned fairgrounds pulling!! I've been there!! People sitting in lawn chairs, flip-flopped feet on the burm, lifting feet out of the way as tractors veer over and plow by 3' away. "Safety?!? Never heard of her... Who is she?"
the sled has teeth under the pan and can lift the back of the sled and the wheels right off the ground on to the pan and when that happens its like pulling a 65 000 lbs chisel plow
The tractor at the beginning hitting the door.....it was to bad and I'm glad he was ok but the sled operator should have tried to apply the brakes or something if in deed he had brakes. He should have seen that the weight box wasn't moving up. even the flag man should have saw this too and tried to flag him down. The flag mans job is to watch the sled and see that's its working and not just stand there looking pretty. I have been a track official for many years and you have to be quick on your feet. Just my two cents worth . I know things can happen fast but you should be prepared . Great videos
hitting the brakes or stopping is the last thing you wanna do if that sled stops quickly that weight box will slide up the rails and possibly break the stopping part for the box and hurt or kill someone
I saw one last year where they had a rag putting out a fire. The announcer said, "They got a fire extinguisher rag! That is the first one I have seen work!" If more companies would help sponsor events, more brands could be represented. Fire Extinguisher companies would make out great with this kind of entertainment.
Someone tell that maniac in the station wagon to slow down already! ...But seriously I totally need one of those half-size monster trucks, you know, beach and all.
You want links? Some of this is the first time it ever aired. Simply because I am urged to not do it on indoor events so they can sell DVDs. Other events, I could try to link in the description. It would be a lot of links!!! Haha.
I look at it this way I film roughly 3000 hooks a year. This was all that went wrong for 2015. That is what 3% that resulted in carnage if I had to go back and count it I would. We have to do these things, it is what brings people to come and watch and hopefully find a class they can root for and come out to events for. That is my hope anyway.
There is a giant fan on a flat bed trailer that is blowing that smoke out of the arena. This video shows you what is going on outside: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HyjdciS-_mE.html
12:39 Are they trying to extinguish an engine fire with a bucket full of water? What an unprofessional event... no firefighters? Not even fire extinguishers?
Plate glass window doesn't look real safe to me. I wouldn't want a shard of that coming in at me, I hope somebody tuned him in. Plexiglass would be lighter, stronger, and safer for everybody than ordinary, not even tempered, non safety glass.
"""Tractor""" Pull Fails. Yeah rigtht. Those are 99% Trucks which are lame as heck to watch anyways because it is basically a game of dice weather they can stay on track or not.
I guess. Put one and it went crazy. Every other video is a success reel of some point and the get normal numbers in terms of views. Look channels do this that have never filmed an event and get lots of views off of it. I shot 90% of this and 10% came from the other part of the team. We collab on projects and talk about Ladies of Pulling, Wheels coming off, Ford Compilations, whatever we think will do well. We only have 2 more seasons plus the one we are on, so there shouldn't be too much more of this.
Now that (at 6:46) looked utterly ridiculous - both his hairy legs and his girly run backwards. The water buckets (at 12:52) were almost as ridiculous. Every housewife knows (or should know) not to pour water on burning grease or liquids. Where were the proper fire extinguishers for this event?
haha😂 your a idiot tractor's dont grease or any liquids that are more flammable when water is put on it its alcohol or diesel or methanol or gas you can put all those out with water
@@WWPTV Meanwhile in total secrecy, Al is rebuilding the tractor and rumor has it it will be named the Door-Slammer!! -LOL -Just kidding, it is just my warped sense of humor kickin in there..Glad he was ok.
Not his part. He couldn't have predicted that. I know another guy who laid his tractor over and totaled it to save people at the end of the track. Weight box never came up and operator couldn't get to the kill switch fast enough.
It helps pay the bills. It does cool off over time. We do pull videos all the time. I could do a best of video, but others I have seen do that, and myself in the past, were highly unsuccessful. One promoter called me and said I need to see something blow up in my video. So I manufactured that for them. I put a poll over in the community tab, go vote, and comment if an option is not available.
