I have a question. Who provides the announcer for the event? Does the sled come with an announcer for the event or is it provided by the people where the event is being held

Standard tractors have steering brakes. What I don't et is why they turn the wheels in some ridiculous direction when they are in mid air. Do they not know where centre is?
