I mean, you ever seen his videos showcasing spring Maria and B Dimitri before? If a unit deals 150 dmg, but they somehow have something like 90% dr from outside source or something, then it becomes 15. Then their true dr kicks in, and negates the rest. Use any unit with dr piercing to kill caeda, just probably not one that is Calvary or armoured. That 24 true dr is a little dirty.
24+ flat DR, L!Azura with a H one4 can give her +7 to all stats for 28 flat DR or even funnier an infantry school can debuff her for 11 or more (I don't remember how high it goes) on every stat and you use harsh command and give her +11 to all stats for 44 flat DR
@@lucg4005that’s why I gave her Godlike Reflexes to counter DR piercing. You can’t negate it if it’s an activated special :P. I’m also running her with L!Robin and NFU seal and she is CLEANING UP. It’s absurd
If only a convenient inf. school is there to provide insane stat buff 😂 Given that Lyon doesn’t have a seal so that Caeda can meet the res check, and Ze doesn’t even have an offense bonus structure, I doubt this is a real match
@@steevie9423they gave us guidance 4 and oath before we got those as seals. The warping power specifically, I'm aware guidance 3 and t3 oaths do exist as seals
This is why you need full DR pierce on some of your units and not just half. It doesn’t remove the flat DR but it does make it so you do more than 0 damage.
@@Kai-uj8tg nope flat DR is completely unpiercable. It’s one of the strongest effects in the game which is why they hand it out so sparingly in such small amounts and often only on “first attacks”. Flat DR is the very last thing to happen in damage calculation so if it beats out all of the remaining damage it will reduce it to zero.
The last thing she needs is ncd and honestly, it feels like a B!Tiki Situation where her kit is made with a certain unreleased seal that comes soon in mind
It's pointless because of Harsh Command. The whole thing of this is that you are turning debuffs from the manor into buffs. This doesn't work this well outside of the Infantry School

Man. Maybe I should've tried spending some orbs at least on the first 5 circles with tickets. Pre-combat damage bullshit being otherwise uncounterable is really grinding my gears.
That’s exactly what I’ve been doing. Bloody broken. L!Robin and her can sweep nearly everything. Only thing that’s fully punched through me is L!Camilla
Caeda is one hell of a drug. And my lord she can destroy all the nukes with the right setup. Hell with what little I had, she still can tank them. only one small issue with her is no Null C disrupt. THAT'S LITERALLY IT HOLY COW...she's the second coming of Brave Dimitri incarnate
The way you specifically choreograph these scenarios (putting all the advantages on Caeda's side) like not giving lyon a seal, and purposefully giving caeda the debuff with infantry school and then using harsh command to convert them, or how you sneakily snuck in Seior with chill atk/res to lower lyon's stats even further, makes your video very misleading. I realize the title is supposed to be for the "luls", but a lot of people come off these videos thinking it's true, just refer to comments below and you'll see what I mean. Caeda's true damage reduction in a 1v1 against lyon still doesn't hold a candle, and she has to go through all these "perfect conditions" to even survive. He's still the way more broken unit, and has to do far less to be that broken. I know you're not specifically stating it in the title, but it's heavily implied since it's indeed Lyon that she's defeating. I won't deny she's a pretty strong unit, but at the end of the day enemy phase is still insanely weaker than player phase.
Ok so how can we save enemy phase Why of course, by nullifiyng stupid amounts of damage entirely (it's joever for both phases now) At the end of the year we be having "unit takes 0 damage up until the 3rd turn"
If certain stipulations are met, she'll survive his attack. But thats it. She'll survive. She won't KO back. On top of this you can use various ways of cutting through Caeda's DR like everyone's best friend Legendary Camilla, as her cut DR in half buff stacks with Lyon's innate 50% DR cut. Or of course you could also use Brave Robin and Legendary Alear to give Lyon DR pierce when he uses a special. She doesn't have a scowl effect so she's very susceptible to specials. What we really need is a way to just nullify the "as combat begins" damage.
I was gonna say that vital astra or godlike reflexes on her must be pretty decent but it doesn't even seem to be required, also damn she really copied her boyfriend's homework and made it better with that spectrum +50 lol
The funniest part is that this Caeda is largely pretty garbage 😂 Lack of Godlike Reflexes and NFU is pretty unoptimal and she still wrecks cav maps easily.
