I would be a little bit worried about installing them and removing them every time I put the goggles back in my bag. Just my experience is that kind of constant "penetration" of the socket might loosen things up and make it less functional. Too much repeated abuse of that socket might compromise the secure fitment of my antenna in that receptacle.
@@OriginaldoBo I do not love the view I get from the goggles. I can see everything out of the old goggles, but with glasses on. The diopters on the Goggles 2 work, but I just cannot see the entire picture as good as V1. I never had V2 but they are basically the same field of view as V1. I went to Goggles 2 to try to insulate myself from future updates that are only compatible with Goggles 2. I was hoping some Mavics would soon be compatible.
@@kurtzFPV Yeah I feel sorry for my ex-wife's new guy. I wrecked that thing for him. Oh well he has a lot more money so he can afford a couple of stitches to tighten her up! 🤣😂
@@luxily9807 on CE. In FCC mode is +20km.. Which is beyond most drones battery capacity going and coming back anyway.. So yeah basically "Infinite Range".
It is all fun and games until the doctor looks at you and says there is a strange mass on your forehead and we need to take a closer look at that. : ) lol
Hello, I have a problem with my DJI FPV Goggles V2. One of the antennas got broken and I can't find a single replacement for it, only bundles. I am unsure if I can mix and match antennas, so I need some advice. Would it be possible to use a 5.8Hz antenna with my remaining stock antennas? Or would it be better to just buy two new antennas and replace them both? I don't have much knowledge about antennas, so any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Greetings from Germany. Your videos are amazing. Appreciate the hard work. I am interested to get the Avata for real estate, restaurants, warehouses and indoor flying for getting gigs. Please let me know if this is a good decision as I am not a pro pilot so flying in acros is still a learning curve for me.
@OriginaldoBo Hi there! what kind of foam do you use on your goggles? I'm in a search for a such a long time for comfortable foam. Can you share that PLS? THNX in advance!
What is radio frequency digital pickup? Did you made it up ? It doesn't make any sense mate. If antenna is omnidirectional then it recives and send ....yes omnidirectional, when antenna is directional it receive and send omnidirectional AND forward/bakward depends of front to back ratio. Radio frequency has do do only with antenna dimentions, the higher in Mhz the smaller aeriarls get. HAM radio licenced operator here.
Have you ever been flying in manual mode and the huge DJI Altitude Zone or Geofence warning pops up in the goggles and totally blocks your view. That's fucking bullshit. I almost lost the drone because of that. It's one thing on a Mavic, but for that to pop up in FPV when you are flying through some freaking trees or some other tight spot is really dangerous. And you never know for sure exactly when it's going to pop up. I was not even in an authorized zone, but close to it. And DJI geofences tend to be not in synch with the actual Authorized Zone on the Aloft App.
I lost my tow original antennas . Does it works well with the avata? Can I replace the original ones for those? In case of yes, should I choose LHCP or RHCP? Thanks for the content
You are almost as bad as that other Ken (Heron) guy when it comes to gratuitous sexual innuendos in his content LOL ! Other than that, great content as always 👍👍👍
