while i see people dislike this because in the game they say this event is where Rise break out of he shell since came back to Inaba to stay away from the showbiz. I see this as a bonding moment of the Investigation Team and Marie. Earlier in the series the IT held a Quiz show for Marie to show her that while she doesn't know who she was, the 'her' now is, their friends, created by the memories she made now., the past doesn't matter with they being together, support each other In preparation for the concert, Marie had trained so much that her hand hurt because she doesn't wanted to lets her friends down, now this is Marie turn to support the IT after they the way they support her.

@@annguyen-tr3ne P4 Golden Anime, as a side story, is better than just comapring it to the OG. Plus, I love that the extra scenes in the game were episodes involving Marie slowly connecting to the team. If there ever was a P5 Royal anime, it would be nice if it’s about Sumire (yes, I am using her real name) coming out of her shell slowly upon meeting Ren, and realuzing her true potential instead of living up to her dead sister’s legacy by pretending to be her.

@@annguyen-tr3ne I guess people can't imagine that two separate characters can have their own plotlines/issues happen at the same time. In the context of this anime, it's totally plausible for this concert to act as both a bonding moment for Marie with the Investigation team while Rise comes to the revelation that she can rejuvenate her career as an idol.

They can be good friends. In Persona Q Rise tells Marie that if she needs someone to talk she´ll be there to listen her, that they can talk about anything except love troubles. They get along while Yu wasn´t involved.

I enjoyed playing as Marie and Rise in P4AU. God Rise chan in P4 ARENA ULTIMAX looked gorgeous and fully detailed.

They were the two girls I struggled the most between. I ultimately went with Rise, but Marie is undoubtedly top tier (and Yukiko is of course very high as well but just a bit below these two imo). Marie and Rise are just too precious
