Oh my! The way he expands on the A, D, E chord progression thing to add flavour, mood and interest. Just astonishing. Clive is terrific. A really intuitive player. I don't know if I have the skill level to attempt this course currently but it's certainly something to aspire to.
I think the interviewer is rude. He constantly interrupts Clive with his platitudes. Thankfully I’ve had the pleasure to attend a couple of workshops with the man. I highly recommend them. Clive is a true gentleman, a humble teacher and a heck of a guitar player.
Greetings from Ullapoolguitarfestival great to see Clive working with TrueFire. Brad we would love to have you come to the Festival !! Can’t wait to see the finished course. Clive just amazing as ever!!!!
It's now next summer Hope everyone is well. Only just stumbled onto this and very sad Clive is not coming to Oz. I would have gone to his concert if he came within distance.
@@mjt11860 Ralph makes a small number of guitars. I've only met him once so don't know a lot about him but I suspect he mainly makes to order. He doesn't seem to need a web site which says a lot: his instruments must be in high demand. When I was on a short guitar course with Clive, Ralph brought him a new guitar that Clive had ordered. However, watching this video Clive seems to still be playing the older one. I know a couple of guitarists in north east England that have two or three Bown guitars. Hope this helps.
@@mjt11860 It is, although a fairly standard model for Bown, he however only makes a few a year and has a very long waiting list. They come up occasionally second-hand. North American Guitar have one once owned by one J. Renbourn at present, but they want serious money for it of course.
