R.I.P Nelsan Ellis 💔 (Lafayette, definitely one of my few favorite characters in the entire show) He was so fabulous & hilarious, within all the dark moments of the show, Lafayette was there to make you laugh & feel amazing. 😂 I miss him terribly. R.I.P. 💔

The greatest treat HBO could have given us Trubies after 7 years. Charlaine Harris is so amazing. I can't wait for Kristin and Deborah to interview Alan Ball and the amazing Oscar and Golden Globe winner Anna Paquin. Sookie is my absolute favorite. The heart of True Blood.

I just finished rewatching the series last week and just started reading the books last week as well! This podcast came out at THE PERFECT TIME! It’s so wonderful to hear a bit of a reunion here, True Blood has the BEST cast I’ve ever seen in a show. Every single actor and actress just delivered every episode. So much talent and chemistry with the cast and to know that everyone on set really hit it off with each other makes it so much better. Too many shows have been thrown together where the actors don’t get along and that comes through in their work. It was nice to hear Charlaine and how much love and appreciation the cast and crew have for her and she has for all of them. This podcast is the exact experience we fangbangers have been waiting for!

RIP NELSAN. He was amazing and made for playing Lafayette. I loved the books which I read about 3-4 years before the show, bit I saw Anna and Ryan had been cast and I get really protective about adaptations of books...but I somehow loved the books AND the show, despite the differences.

I have been looking forward to this podcast for such a long time and I have only just found the time to sit down and listen to it, I can't wait to binge all of the episodes and catch up. Recommendation for season 2: You should definitely film as well. I enjoy being able to watch podcasts as well when I have the time, it makes it a more immersive experience.

Where has this podcast been my whole life? Subscribed! I will have to slowly work my way through these. I wanted to wait till my husband and I revisited the show, which we’ve just started to recently (we watched as it aired at the beginning of our relationship and I’ve re-watched a few times over the years!!). I LOVE this! I lived for True Blood when it was on and is still one of the best shows ever IMO, I read the books too after the show. And you picked 2 amazing hosts, I can't wait to hear everything everyone has to say in every ep! I enjoy podcasts of a lot of TV shows. I have a pair each of Fangtasia & True Blood pint glasses that I still use every day as my main drinking glass and saved a few of the bottles from the TB drinks.

Omg how am I only just finding out about this podcast😲 I am sooo here for it! I do a good impression of Bill and my ex use to love it when Id say "sookie" in his voice 🤣 edit: I'm am totally here for the podcast and as many seasons as I can handle but I'd absolutely love it even better if the next season was filmed with a camera I'd love to see them too 😁

I am so glad I heard about this from the Michael Rosenbaum podcast. I loved true blood, but I still have not watched the final season. If I don't watch it, it is still not over!
