I don't think that judge has the balls to do it. Despite trying to look like he was being tough on him during the hearing he treated him like he was above the law because any ordinary citizen that violated a gag order that many times would have been in jail and he slapped him on the wrist. He'll give him house arrest to his fancy resort where he can move all around, golf, do whatever else he does and it won't make any difference. He needs to put him in solitary confinement that way his secret service can be there though I think a convicted felon should not still have secret service.

Money and political influence is why Trump is not in jail. Expect Judge Merchan to be a weak judge July 11th when Trump gets sentenced. Facts - Merchan allowed Trump to only be fined for over 10 court gag order violations, no jail. During Probation meeting Trump was allowed to have attorney present, I have never heard of that before, no drug screen during Probation and Trump did not have to meet in person. And now Trump still has a firearm violation of release and the criminal buzzard still walks free
