But Lawyers don't ask simple questions like "Did you pay Donald Trump for this service?". A Lawyer bores ya to death first, asking what type of business are you in, how long have you done this, who are your other clients, is the general practice to pay someone's attorney, .. and by the time Pecker says the payments went to Michale Cohen...the jury can now "assume" DT knew about it. and don't need to think that DT also has an accountant keep this general ledger. If they have to theiy'll drag that accountant in and say he helped rig the election.

If trying to discourage the publishing of an article that could be of defamatory to an individual is the illegal then I think what we need to do is hold the government to the same standard. Let’s bring in Facebook. Let’s bring in Google.
