I work with a cheap Chinese laser, if the hole is in the place where it was designed or the grooves on the Chinese slightly curved pipe match up to one tenth, then this is already a miracle. This is all that you show in the video - just magic.

shows the material when it comes out of the machine after cutting not deburred !! and not sand-streaked then no part fits together. Kind regards, machine operator of a TTM FL300

@@TRUMPFtube Hello dear trump team I have to contradict the statement that the parts without deburring! because we ourselves have 4 TTM / Bystronic 2d / 3d laser systems with Trump lasers and 80% of the parts do not fit together without deburring / sandblasting! with deburring / sandblasting they almost always fit but without doing anything it doesn't fit because there is always slag on the parts no matter whether steel / stainless steel or aluminum and no matter what size whether 1mm or 22mm material thickness.

@@TheEnixx Hey, if you have any trash, it means you have a wrong laser alignment and the brand of laser is irrelevant. I have 3 Chinese lasers at work (I wish I had Trumpf) but I set them up so that I have no trouble. The slag is oxidized after cutting, but holds poorly and falls off by itself as the parts fit together. Greetings

I will never get a chance to buy trumpf Lazer machine because very very expensive and when you buy it never have it entirely.

Hi, what is the ''joint type'' called at 0:30 (integrated hinge in the square tubing) I'm trying to find more info about this.
