Dr Henry Cloud is speaking Volumes especially when it comes to teaching the child to obey the word NO I was training at an early childhood center here in Hamilton New Zealand I used the word NO a lot when i saw a child doing something that would of hurt another child and the manager of the center was like to me we don't use the word no here because it is a bad harmful word and i was like what then the Holy Spirit reminded me of the scripture in the book of Proverbs that Dr Cloud spoke the real spanner was when the centre told my lecturers and i was told not to come back I am praying for the children who go to that centre because i saw alot of behavioural problems that are a result bad boundary placing and not enough discipline

Just watched this now. I couldn't have spent an hour plus on psychological teaching if not for the notable impact of the lessons I learned from boundaries, how to say no.

I just loved this podcast! My husband is a doctor and Dr. Cloud's book on boundaries helped us so much because learning to say no to someone and being too busy has been such a problem for him. Really looking forward to reading his new book on trust!!😊
