Stevia has to face so many abstract rivalries in marketings, just like pure cow milk to Nestle company powder milk. One should use his own home garden Stevia leaf as compared to refined marketing companies product.
I have been using stevia leaves for the past 3 years only in my tea twice a day . I have not experienced any difficulty . I don’t recommend jaggery or any form of processed stevia powder , no xylitol no monk fruit no truvia as I start getting very dehydrated and bloated. I would recommend only stevia leaves to be used .

Your suggestions regarding Stevie is fully confusing to other advisors. According to you Stevie is neither good nor bad but on the whole it should not be used According to you.Very funny. I think it is better not listen or see your video henceforth when ever it comes on the screen rather it should be skipped.
In Assam thousands of people using Stevia leaves as natural Sweetner from last 10 years. We are not getting any problem from any people . Lots of people are happy for their blood sugar and blood pressure control by using Stevia leaves with black , green tea. So please use Stevia leaves without any tension

Inshort she's telling not to use stevia , uske leaves use kar sakte hai lekin uska taste thoda sa kadva hota hai... but wo jo powders wagaira mil rahe hai market mei wo use mat karo bohot harmful hai !! ...meri mano to behtar hai ki sugar hi use karlo bilkul thodi si quantity mei ....dheere dheere Kum meetha khane ki adat hojayegi
Dear Manju Malim hello, I want to know once stiva is processed through different chemicals it might be harmful dor humans health. In my opinion stivia should be better to use it in raw form, just like it's dry leafs. Looking your reply. Thanks
But raw unprocessed dried stevia leaves are easily available at online and big supermarkets. I am sure Amazon, flipkart would not sell if not approved by indian authority.
