I also bought your book and what I love the most is that for every page that is a recipe, there is a full colored page next to it showing the meal as it should look. When I skim through a cookbook, I want to see what it's supposed look like before trying to make it. Thanks!
clair saying “i’m so happy” before even taking a bite is me every time i eat bibimbap making this with fresh veggies is going to become a summer must!! i already know i’m going be using the recipe a lot in the upcoming months thanks again for a great video & a great recipe 🫶🏻
Sometimes I wish I have a Korean friend. Just so I can go to their house and eat their food. Lol. I also wish I have an Italian friend. And a Mexican friend. Also an Indian friend.
Can't wait to try it out! Love from the Philippines. Tried your korean fried chicken recipe and I'm thankful for the recipe. Easy to make and good to eat
This should prove interesting. Going to make this Monday for dinner. Can’t wait to try all those sauces. I think they will work well with dumplings. I must have made several hundred different meals from that cookbook. The versatility of the recipes is beyond amazing. Buy the book people you will not be disappointed!
It's fantastic to hear that you've been enjoying the recipes from the cookbook so much. Thank you for the support and recommendation! And Sounds like a perfect Monday dinner plan! 😍
@@dellicheese8685 Amazing! I cook as a hobby for my Chinese wife and our two sons who are Chinese-Korean. Aaron and Clair’s book is the most versatile recipes I’ve found. By switching out proteins and seasoning blends, you end up with hundreds of fantastic dishes.
Besides the awesome recipes, I always go to your channel and stare at your very sharp knife and your knife skills. I recently started learning to sharpen our knives after watching your episodes for hundreds of times! 🤩😁💙
I live in Romania and close to me there s a chinese neighbourhood where they have a supermarket in which you can find all sorts of sout east asian items, including gochujang, sesame oil, kimchi (which i love with bibimbap) and a lot more. I love korean cuisine ❤ pretty healthy with lots of veggies and spicy sauces, everything i love in this dish, thanks for the recipe 🇷🇴🇰🇷
I wanted to try make bibimbap for ages now, but it seemed a bit difficult with so many ingredients, so this recipe is absolutely perfect. Easy and I basically have everything at home. Gonna try it ASAP. Thanks for the video, guys!

I tried growing perilla- the bugs didn't leave me much! I have substituted Italian or Thai basil for perilla- it's not the same, but it's good. I also use shredded rotisserie chickem. I can't wait to try your alternative sauces.
I loved your kimchi fried rice. Even my family when I tried it. Now, I'm going to try this bibimbap. I like that you always consider to give an option with your recipes. I share your RU-vid channel to my family and relatives as well. Follower from the Philippines.
Looks so delicious! 😋 Bibimbap is one of my favorite dishes! I always wonder if "Bibimbap" means "this and that" in English? They sort of sound alike and it's made from a variety of things.
Just recently found your channel and love it so much. Thank you for this recipe because it's too hot to be slaving over the stove cooking all of the vegetables separately 🤣so excited to try this!🤩

I made Bibimbap today for the first time! It was yummy! I think next time I'll take your advice to soak the onions in cold water. The onion was strong! :)
The metal Bowl gives me Nostalgia Vibes. They used to serve a cold, and pretty acidic Noodle Soup in Dalian, China in a bowl like this. Out of Memory the shop also served Bibimaps so the dish might actually be coreen.
Oh man....that looked delicious. I need to find a Korean restaurant here in town ( California) where I can get some Bibimbap. I hope it's good. If not, maybe I can find some when I fly into Incheon and have a layover in Seoul in August (2024).
The diversity of Korean food is very underestimated, especially if also counting those of peninsula & nearby islands native minorities (such as those of the Jeju islanders & the Tungusic people known as Jaegaseung from the opposite ends of South & North Korea respectively) plus such regional influences on Korean
