curious as to where you got the rear shock towers

Nice video and well explained except the shock tower inserts you added to adjust the angle of the rear shock. Where did you get those from? I can’t find them online, just aluminum towers but not the stock inserts that just slide into the stock towers..?

So as others have asked,where did you get the shock towers?Great video....

Too much droop on the rear will cause the truck to somersault when going downhill, because the shocks will push the balance point toward the front, making the rear too light to hold it down.. for best results you need to limit the droop travel of the rear axle. as the rear unloads it weight, the travel will be slight and cause more weight to stay in the rear keeping it from somersaulting over the front when going downhill..

Great video, I am new to RC so just learning. There is a lot of conflicting information on the web and I still get confused by oil weights, droop mods, full droop setup etc so it would be nice for you to do a follow up video. Do springs get stiffer as they are compressed or does this just change the ride height when at rest, if they do get stiffer why can you get dual rate springs? Is a lighter weight oil in a crawler better, unlike a fast vehicle the suspension doesn't have to move fast and needs to be more controlled by more damping from a thicker oil, no? Would a thicker oil give more control when bouncing up obstacles? I have watched videos with pen mods, elastic bands and all sorts of ways of setting up suspension but have no experience my self and I don't have the money to experiment much so any cheap tips would be welcomed.
