@@mynameisnothere9465 nah, its curious as i thought it was bs when i first heard but many people dont know. but its more to do with the avocado itself than the other ingredients. basically to grow them on the scale needed for how much people consume it these days they exploits bees and use mobile beehives. it depends on how "strict" of a vegan you want to be.

Fun Fact: The Cherokee and Choctaw Nations during the Irish Potato Famine actually raised and sent hundreds of dollars to the Irish in repay for the peacefulness Irish Settlers had displayed towards the tribes. And in 2020 in remembering of that Irish People set up a GoFundMe that raised 4 Million Dollars for Native Americans because of the gratitude they had showed the Irish 170 Years ago.

Some ketchup contains sugar processed using bone char from cows. They are not vegan. Certified organic ketchup is vegan, though. And butter does contain some lactose, which is carbohydrate. Depends how strict your diet is for either.

Actually in a lot of countries around the world McDonald's fries are vegan, I guess you'd have to look it up on the specific country's McDonald's website to make sure though. And yes, as a vegetarian that tries to eat plant-based more often I find the views of some omnivores on this rather offensive. Keith is right though, once you've changed your diet long enough you actually crave veggies. I never was the biggest fan of meat taste anyway, but I think people need to see and eat proper vegetarian or vegan dishes before they get to hate on us. I see it as "they're majorly missing out on some extremely yummy foods".

I have been vegan for 4 years and I've tried all the fast food. If you want something super satisfying taco bell black bean crunch wrap supreme no sour cream or cheese and add guacamole. It is filling, gives fast food vibes for when you want it, and has a bunch of different textures.
