Most domesticated sheep want to be shorn because they've been selectively bred to grow tons of wool. When they haven't been shorn, it can get uncomfortable for them, due to having too much wool, so getting their wool trimmed off, I would imagine, is something they'd be excited for. Plus, if they're like most other social animals, grooming is probably a bonding activity for them, in the same way that many dogs and cats enjoy being brushed.
