Some great stuff as usual Coach Justin. I've got two little ones who are keen to develop into baseball players (4 and 8). I did a quick scan of your videos but couldn't see anything specifically for kids. Have you got a series already done or planning on doing some in the future for the very young?

Your videos are great, clear, concise and dont ramble off topic. What are your thoughts on training during the winter months. Between the end of fall league and the start of the spring/summer season? Should you continue throwing regularly entering the season strong or should you rest more? As a pitcher, I want to maintain arm strength but dont want to have dead arm either.

You can play it either way! Just make sure to establish that before you get into the competition!

Get in as many reps as you can. The more ground balls you receive, the more comfortable you'll get. Also - focus on ALWAYS making the routine plays, then let your athleticism take over on the more difficult "Web Gem" plays. Many people think that the web gem plays are what get you noticed, but really what makes you stand out is ALWAYS making the routine plays! Be consistent and you'll go a long way in this game.
