Single arm Kettlebell swings are much different than two-handed swings.
To keep yourself from thrusting the weight too far from your body, try this TAP TIP!
Let me know how it goes when you compare it to your previous style single-handed kettlebell swing.
This may not be what you've been taught but if there's a chance it make you feel more solid with your swings, I hope you'll adopt it!
This would be great for those doing simple and sinister or those doing kettlebell swings everyday

Hi Joe, thanks for this; I love the benefits of the swing for hips in bjj but anywhere around 24kilos I get problems with my back, even though it feels light!. One observation from trying it this way is it’s the first time I’ve felt my core engage

During my workout this afternoon I noted how I swing. As I have big boobs my arm is generally tucked alongside my body and rarely moves. 😊. My swings are generated by the hip snap and arms just go with the body movement.. for inspiration I have to look at your competition snatch video - was it 2 x 24kgs for 75 swings? Or something like that. Bravo.
