Oh, guys, you eat it in a wrong way. It's supposed to be squeezed right into a mouth... The first course (борщ) is actually a soup, so... No wonder it was liquidy :) The second and the last courses (творог с облепихой и творог с черной смородиной) should've been desserts, but I'm pretty sure that cottage cheese is not supposed to be keeping for so long out of a fridge. Usually, борщ/borsch is a very delicious soup packed with vegetables and a nice slice of beef. I don't like meat in my soup or meat broth so I eat borsch with vegetables only. But I guarantee that borsch is a really good soup. I don't know what it tastes like out of tubes though.
